  1. I just mapped it sucessfully... try double left-click.
  2. I think you need to left-click there first and then type the key you want to map.
  3. No, not the ignore mission fail. There are two new commands in game settings (interface) which can be mapped to keyboard buttons: (CHEAT) Win mission and (CHEAT) Fail mission. You can use the win mission command if you have some trouble installing the hotfix (i don't know why you get access denied).
  4. Install the hotfix already or set some button to '(CHEAT) Win mission' function in game settings and press it.
  5. Whats the problem? Just use this link: http://uploading.com/files/get/eaedde18 click Free Download button and wait 60 seconds for download to start. Extract contents of this archive to rhe game folder overwriting existing files and that's all.
  6. No difference between http://www.battlefront.com/community/showpost.php?p=1215690&postcount=5 and this one, but old link is dead.
  7. Re-uploaded: http://uploading.com/files/get/eaedde18 Yes, i think you need to install it.
  8. Can you select the Kursk installation folder manually when installer fails to do so automatically?
  9. Automatic updater requires increasing version number. A proper patch will be available through it some time later, when more significant changes would be made.
  10. It's an older scenario variant, i dunno why you have it. I've updated the hotfix with correct mission file (look for new link in the hotfix thread).
  11. I've updated the hotfix to include correct mission 6 (and other missions too to be sure). Use this link: http://www.filedropper.com/caenhotfix_1
  12. pcelt Make sure you unzipped it to the right place, old ambient.xml files should be overwritten.
  13. I mean Caen versions from Steam and Battlefront are the same. Kursk versions without Caen are almost the same as described in another thread, but the LOS routines didn't change since version 1.3.0 or so.
  14. Kursk & Caen appear to be more stable on Win 7 x64 because of more efficient memory management there.
  15. If you set camera to RTS mode (in camera settings) mouse wheel will zoom a central point of the screen instead of changing altitude.
  16. You can attach generated missions to a campaign one by one (create a campaign first by clicking a button there).
  17. Do you have installed third-party memory managers like CacheBoost? In nvidia control panel, set either system-wide or Kursk-specific profile setting 'Pre-rendered frames' to 0. If that doesn't help, try to run the game in WinXP compatibility mode (set it in Kursk1943.exe properties and run it). Does anybody with the same CPU (or another CPU from i7 series) have the same problems or your game works fine? The game runs normally on 920 though.
  18. 6) In Kursk this cap was removed, but in practice in a battle involving significantly more units performance would drop greatly. 7) Because one needs an external IP address to host an MP game that would be visible worldwide and most people don't have such setup since it usually involves additional monthly charge from Internet provider.
  19. Run options.exe in game folder and uncheck sound there to check whether it's the soud causing problems. Set the Kursk1943.bin process affinity to 2 or 1 cores.
  20. What's the problem? Go to mission generator, select one of the Caen maps, select germans for player force and British for AI and that's all.
  21. Of course you can play as Germans, create a mission in mission generator and set Germans as player force.
  22. Lt Bull, i understand why you think so, but red color of LOS line is NORMAL, it is not obstructed. If LOS is obstructed, it turns black. Green - here LOS line completely ignores foliage Red - LOS is unobstructed Black/Grey - here LOS is obstructed and unit can't see what's there Don't ask me why it is color-coded in such a way, i don't know, lead artist thought it would look great probably.
