Hi Guys, Now that both my PCs are back up thanks to Moon and his elicense crew I have started to experiment in earnest with LAN games. Just now I tweaked the settings for multiplayer to lan speeds (1000000)and smooth unit movement. The first two games froze on me about 10minutes in at random. One side freezes (usually the host) and the other eventually times out and drops with the message "connection with server lost". Both PCs have no problems in single player mode and also have no problems playing various other games for hours. At the time of the second freeze the action had died down to almost nothing and in fact I do not think thier was any firing at all going on for a few minutes. I will do some more testing and see if I can come up with something common

hey c'mon Wolfseven Moon you know I would have, I also believe you when you say one was sent. However my inbox tells a different story. I have only just got around to checking after the weekend. I don't get to play often during the week and during the weekend no mail appeared. Is it possible for you to get them to pop it through again or should I re-email em.

Hi Guys, I sent an email to the eLicense guys asking them to clear my current license activations as one of the PCs I had the game on crashed without the opportunity for me to uninstall the license. If they clear them all I need to do is license on both PCs again I assume Is it monday to friday USA time for these guys?? For me as I am in AU that means a 3 day wait (our Saturday\Sunday is a day ahead of yours iirc) when any normal game would just be a re-install (20mins).... this spoiled my TOW gaming for the weekend. Anyways I am frustrated but understand that these things can happen - a PC crash is something unforseen and this is just a game. Hoping you can confirm the SLA for these guys to respond.. Destraex

I would say that it was easy because the two vehicles ARE basically the same. Only a machine gun needs to be deleted to get one or the other version IIRC

I would be happy with close combat style multiplayer. I would also like to see what modders can do currently with multiplayer missions

+1 Want to be able to choose troops before battle and multi campaign

I do love the fact that this game at least has options... so many have such limited options that problems are out of the players control

Any news on enterable buildings?? Looking forward to the patch.... most major problems look to be fixed Look forward to a frame count that is better too heres hoping the improved compiler does that.....

my DVD case arrived today

its an free update (addon campaign) I assume it has the technical patch rolled in. Don't know about the other patch that promises building entry etc if they can achieve it.

enhancing the image is cheating. It gives people a false idea of what the graphics are like.... I just use Fraps..... that is unless you are trying to make an obvious change
