great job! i like the dark treebases and they go well with stock cmak deep snow as well. the light snow color matches with ed's bb trees, mikeyd's road, cmak rr track, juju's new sandbags. i had a busy light snow day, snow dusting the boots on all of andrew's winter uniforms, getting gem's cmbo spw 251-1 251-9 and 251-16 snowy ambush to work, making barbed wire fences. cools ya off.

all of the above. once you get comfy with this, we can help you figure out which bo and bb mods will work too. btw anything winter, as the game comes without any winter mods. after you have played the game for a while, you may like a particular area better then others. that will help you to pick mods for that area. edit some mods you wont want to swap out. if they are not cmmos, they can be unzipped into your bmp folder to overwrite the originals. just make sure you have that backup folder. mcmmm can turn a cmmos mod into a excmmos zip for you. just load the cmmos zip in mcmmm. then pick the excmmos title to install. that is why i never used sp c&c system, i don't want that kind of game. the current cm is as close as i've seen to 3d sp, and that is how i like it. but in sp it is optional and if in cmxx it should be optional too.

i like operations. some are very well done. ops = large maps in smaller pieces, fow unseen part of map, chance to pull back troops and equipment, change of time of day - weather, resupply of both sides. imho there is a lot more to think about in an op. a lot more planning ahead.

andrew you type faster than i. dey has frosted some minor country uniforms too. at cmmods.

a. if you have the cdv se version with disc two, in the stand alone mods folder, in the andrew fox folder, are winter uniforms. b. go to cmhq, cmmos section. read the screen. there are tons of uniform mods for cmbb by andrew, get them all. c. cmmods.com under astrocat or andrewtf

fwiw i have an ecs mb, because it was cheap. but they are cheap. crucial guarantees their ram will work if their configurator says it will work.

and for post normandy nw europe, you can use cmbb skies.

daffy, as far as cmbo mods go, now that bo has hit the bargain racks (legal or otherwise) there are a whole new crop of players. i always look at bo mods to see if a can use them in cmak. i tried to do the opposite of your ak to bo, yours are better than mine lol. there is always room for more mods if you enjoy doing them. my advice is always do mods for yourself first, then share if you like to.

mikey you are a nut for detail. i just noticed that the ladder is knocked down on the damaged workshop. wow. i found the high res version of your red brick church and hotel constantine, look good to me in cmak.

btw you can get a free excel .xls viewer at microsoft or if your computer came with ms works you can use that viewer.
