:confused: Why should he start to fight back right now? You have two chances to fight back IMHO, you can break the axis in france and if your are very lucky you will get the chance in rusia again. Attacking in etween the Allies will loose more than they gain if the axis player knows more or less what he is doing.

Lets sys the build up before barbarossa can reach slightly higher levels as your build up. Against a human player expect to see: Up to 8 tank groups, 7-8 LF, 5 HQs, 6-8 armies, 3-5 Korps + minors + 2 italian HQs + italian support troops. At least this is level I aim for in my games against a human player.

Better still as soon as the Russians join the fun, you get the catch up bonus due to the IT lvl2 of the UDSSR

Well I know there will be an "allpowerful" editor. Nevertheless like many players I prefer to stick to original scenarios. I would like to see in the game: - a historical accurate Fall Weiß / Fall Blau Scenario - an official competion Fall Weiß scenario / balanced not 100% historical - An 4-6 player competion scenario. I am very excited about SC2 and hopefully the release won´t be delayed. By the way any updates regarding the game on the website soon. New sreenshots anything? Only to give us the immpression that things are improving steadily. Perhaps an developers Log. => 1-2 daily sentences about what crosses his mind at the time?

Hello Zap, now I have to apologize me. I see your point in dicussing the possibilies of cheats, bugs and I see that you have contributed a lot to point out the flaws off SC1. Though lets discuss the game not persons if we are we are discussing ther possibility cheating.

Well Mr. Zappsweden. If you have read the same threads you are citing for your rumours, than you would have seen that Rambo denied having any "firsthand" information from Hombre. You are looking so hard for possibilities to cheat and than you are indirectly accussing other players of cheating. You will know why YOU believe that this thread needs to be closed. Well there is one thing I have learned from this thread accusations always turn dicussions messy. Well Zap: Facts are though far. Hombre Plin has accused YOU off cheating. You have worked it out with him => Hombre Plin was Wrong. You have heard from other players that Hombre Plin has said that Terif has shown him the possibility off the "FOW-Sniffer" or like you put it that gave it to him. WHO were these players? Hombre Plin never made a public statement in this direction. Terif respnded in the threads off Rambo that he never has cheated=> That he doesn´t need to cheat. Rambo and Terif worked it out and play again each other. Now you revive these old rumors and are asking yourself why Terif is jumping all over you :eek: ? I only played two games against Terif and I have to admit I felt humillated afterwards. Up to now he is simply the best player off SC I habe played (Sorry Dragonheart ) He plays regualary at the Panzerliga and shows newbies the ropes. Points out there mistakes and does answer all our questions regarding the fine points off SC. If someone is able is able to predict the looses which will occur before he moves his unit up to the enemy , knows the range off movements and spends attention the small details reports etc. You don´t NEED a FOW Sniffer to predict were are the units moving. It is nice to point out flaws in a competitive game. BUT if the best players nedded nearly two years to find some flaws and I have to admit I think you need a lot off energy to use these flaws than SC is quite good already at the department of cheating. Ever played Civ2 or Civ3 . the lists off things that are forbidden you have to rely on that the other guy is a honest player? Though to all the involved partys pleae drop this subject

I believe people are always nice and they are LAZY though if it is to complicated to cheat they won´t do it.

Well it was discussed many times already, but IMHO one off the big problems was the instant "upgrade" off all units over the board and the "garanted research sucess". These things are taken care off. Please don´t complicate SC2 to much.

Rambo, I see your points as suggestions for Hubert to improve in SC2. But put it in perspective, if you don´t host the other guy can do a lot off things to improve his situation. Though there is always the possibility of cheating or lets say you need a little trust in the other people.

Sorry Rambo, we Euros don´t need the FOW sniffer to win because the Americans simply play to bad to be worth the effort. Besides I personally tend to believe that wargamers mostly look for a real challenge and though don´t believe in cheating. Up to now I haven´t seen evidence of cheating in my games in the Panzerliga.

One simple question is it possible to run multiple SC -sessions on one computer at the same time? I thought it wasn´t possible....

The only game which comes to my mind where the programmers adressed cheating seriously was "Alpha Centauri". Lets face it, if you want to cheat you can always do it. Cheats are simple to find. I am simply to lazy to look for them. Besides SC for me is quite bugless. Not like CIV2 and Civ3 where you have endless lists and lists of things allowed and not allowed.

LF attacks destroys army if you are lucky or you have to use the berlin korps to finish off pomozore army. Way is now free to attack Warschaw with both tanks, one army (3rd) and two LF, Danzig Korps moves in and takes Warschaw. Depending on your luck you even have enough troops for LC in round two. If dice rolls are against you can break off . Whenever you want and play a standart campaign

Hmmm, whats up? Looking at the players who signed up it looks like a kind off meaningless title: Missing players : - Terif - Zapp : burnout - Rambo: No time - Dragonheart: Announced a small holiday from SC etc, etc. I am still interessted to play but looking only at the many PBEM players wouldn´t it be helpful to choose a short scenario as Fall Blau to speed up things?

Sorry, IMHO the allied player can win without a bid only if: - With a very, very bad axis player - Very, very, very, very ++++ bad luck. Up to now the bidding for axis now is around 200 MP for 1:5:20 and still the axis wins 80% of the games.
