I had a problem of finding the game in the list of campaigns after I extracted the world conflict mod. It does list the mod when I open the folder from the desktop in the game but the mod doesn't show up in the game listing. A ny help on how to get it to show?

Hi, I also downloaded the file for the new campaign and extracted it into my campaign folder. The 1939 historical is in the folder with all the other folders. I started the game and it didnt show up on the list for campaigns, thanks

i like the cmbb email function with saving games, if you have an opponent and you use a numbering system like rhzev.001 the opponent sends back with 002 and so on its easy, i havent tried pbem helper, Do most players use this? I am also lookinf for another game of cmbb more the merrier

Hi Rich, I was a player with all the games against the computer and then I started PBEM games and its a totally new and better experience, playing a human player takes the game to a new dimension just like the old boardgames, send me a PM and we can try a game online or pbem with SC2

I agree with Wildman, I like the WeGo system b/c I can't move around the screen like a wildman (no pun intended), I have to do some research on this Normandy game, where did this come from I am interested!!!!!

Ok, Just downloaded the new patch and this is what I have been looking for. I like the WEGO system and not the real time. This is perfect and thanks for the input on this, My other question I guess i will include is the resolution of the game. I have a widescreen 1900x? should I play the game in the desktop mode or play the game in the highest resolution within the game? Right now I am in a game with the resolution set in the game, not desktop

Ok, I am used to playing all the CMBB etc games. I really like the way they have the keys tied to view distances. While playing this game TOW, I often have a hard time jumping around the map. I know a lot of keys are available for customizing. However, do you guys have any recommendations on camera mode and anything else from the menu that would make things easier? Plus, is anyone really playing this game anymore? It sort of looks empty at times

I just made a post on this and the other game I enjoy is Battlefield 2 and luckily that game supports the servers and all that, it's strange that someone would put out all this stuff and then not follow through. i wonder what will happen if another program is released and will the people support it. keep the server running the game and/or let the players know that problems exist, open communication is important from both sides and I believe the gamers usually hold their end of the bargain by reporting all bugs on a game that playtesters will never find. That's why I still play CMBB still old but great will server be on in the future?

I load up the TOW program and start the game as usual and do a search for multiplayer games in progress and I don't see anyone connected, complete blank screen. Is this due to some problem with my game or are their just no players? thanks

I am playing TOW and getting killed and the camera angles are too cumbersome. I wish this game was like CMBB

I have the 1.03 patch installed and it works fine so far. Curious about what scenarios to play if just starting the game.? I played the tutorial in real time and did they work on the WeGo system at all?

how come when someone gives an opinion on this forum all that happens is they get bashed and told good riddance by a few people? By the way, wargame sales are not the greatest and if gamers decide to ridicule other war gamers then we can see the end of any quality games being produced for us. I mean, the best sellers are for the 12-25 yr old crowd. This game has faults, I purchased, I like the WEGO system in CMBB/CMBO,CMAK but still purchased this game even though I hate RTS. I sold my Theatre of War online already for someone who might like it
