There is a whole thread on this a couple pages back.

Each time a Sharpshooter 'shoots' he fires ~5 rounds. So in total they carry ~50 rounds.

I think I'll call CFS Alert and find out if they have my copy. Anyone have any duty charges?

I must say that I am quite dissapointed at the lack of a full printed manual. It was one of many things that set CM apart from other games.

It is a .txt file, you can open it with any word-processor.

Gun damage in CM is any form of damage to any piece of equiptment that causes the gun not to be able to fire. That can be anything from a round going through the gun to a round destroying the gun's optics.
