  1. I asked this on the Forum and got no responses. Can I use a joystick to drive the tank and fire its weapons in this game. I just downloaded the demo. A response would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I just downloaded the demo. Can I use my Cyborg EVO joystick and how do I program it to play this demo? Any help would be very appreciated.
  3. Wow, how many tanks in the world can fire a "broadside"!
  4. I play Call of Duty--it's got the best graphics and best FPS action I've ever seen. I also play Microsoft's Combat Simulator 3.
  5. I have all three on my hard drive but play CMBB and will play CMAK more because of the better graphics. I DO miss my Sherman Jumbo though!
  6. Kanonier Reichmann: As far as the release date for CMX2, you forgot the words "or more."
  7. I wrote Battlefront about this subject and here's their response: "Even with patches, there are no plans to add any new vehicles to CMAK. The ability to recreate some CMBO battles in CMAK is not something we specifically coded the game to do, but we knew that people could and would do this so we also did nothing to prevent it either. Think of it as a free bonus, but not something we are going to add on to. I also do not see anywhere in the official CMAK FAQ that we promised that we would include all the same vehicles. It was never intended to do so, and in fact, as the size of the CD shows, we couldn't have added anything extra even if we wanted to. There will be no add-on either, as to do so would take time and effort which we do not have. Our next planed CM product will be CMX2 and that alone is going to take at least a year if not more to work on."
  8. junk2drive: I agree! Microsoft's Combat Flight Sims 2 and 3 have two CD's to install these games.
  9. This is not about learning new tactics or enjoying the better effects, etc. of CMAK. It's about having the capability to take some older interesting, challenging scenarios, and play them with all the improvements CMAK has to offer. How much effort would it have taken to include ALL the German armor from CMBB and ALL the Allied armor from CMBO? After all the CMBB and CMAK use the same game engine.
  10. Mike: Just some of the good ones that are NOT capable of being reworked for CMAK: Clash of the Titans, The King's Charge, August Bank Holiday, The Last Battle, The Battle of the Bulge, and Beast At Bay, and plenty more. Maybe Pershings were, but King Tigers were not that rare in the add-on battles for CMBO. I wish Battlefront had included them, after all, they can't be as rare as the Stummorser Tiger in CMBB.
  11. Recently, in FAQ, someone asked if CMBO was going to be upgraded. You answered no, but that CMAK had all that was necessary to remake CMBO battles minus the bocades. I just received my copy of CMAK and though it is excellent, I notice that there are no King Tigers, Jadtigers, Pershing tanks, etc. I realize that these may not have been present in Italy. But a lot of CMBO battles, therefore, cannot be edited for CMAK. Am I wrong?
  12. Played the Allies in the Italian scenario. Seemed that even fully "buttoned up" I had a inordinate number of "shocked" tank crews. Anybody notice this?
  13. Thank you for your answer Madmatt. The reason I placed this in the technical area was that I have always felt the game play mechanics was something I, as a player controlling troops, have some input. Since I "my troops" do not have any input in this area, I felt it was more of a technical problem. However, I still think something could be done in the area of artillery knocking out some barbed wire just as artillery destroys some minefield works.
