  1. Pals, when someone make a suggestion how to improve the game, I often read replys like 'if it keeps BTS 5 minutes away from CM2, then they should let it be'. Please allow me to comment that simple and clear : that's great and annoying bull****. CM2 will be a rebored CM1, so everything that will be corrected/added/tested with a CM1 patch will also improve CM2. So what's the problem? ------- http://www.scipiobase.de/cm_mods.htm [This message has been edited by Scipio (edited 01-20-2001).]
  2. I noticed that CM places often more then one churches in a QB with village. (Today I've seen three). Usual in European villages is only one church - a catholic or protestant, rarely both together. Okay, that's not REALLY a problem, but... [This message has been edited by Scipio (edited 01-19-2001).]

  4. Maybe someone has already written this, but I'm not in the mood to read all previous posts. I have no problems with women in CM - give me the possibility to see some without leaving the PC - but how should it improve the gameplay? ------------------ Keine Gefangenen! http://www.scipiobase.de/cm_mods.htm [This message has been edited by Scipio (edited 01-19-2001).]

  6. What is the difference between usual guns and recoiless guns? I mean in CM, not in reality, of course
  7. They CAN be very usefull if you have luck with the terrain. If not, they stand only stand arround.
  8. I'm on my second bottle of wine, listening The Hives...what the hell I'm doing here ;~)

  13. <BLOCKQUOTE>quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by paullus: Yes, the MP-44 Assault Rifle (first one ever made) was the direct ancestor of the AK-47/74 family of Soviet weapons. The AK-47 was a reverse-engineered MP-44 with updated tech & built to Russian specifications. Also, the M-60 US Machine Gun is almost a direct copy of the MG-42 (which is still used, in updated form by the Bundeswehr). [This message has been edited by paullus (edited 01-18-2001).]<HR></BLOCKQUOTE> That's not correct, the M-60 is not based on the MG-42, it's a completly different technical concept. I havn't the vocabulary to explain detailed, only so much, the MG-42 is loaded by recoil, the M60 by gaspressure. [This message has been edited by Scipio (edited 01-18-2001).]
