I was thinking would it be possible to intergrate personalites in CM (next version or later) ie: Michael Whittman so when buying things his tank would have his number on it (specific graphics and tank model) and he has automaticaly crack status this would also mean the cost for that Tiger would be a little bit more say 320pts or so??? Also he would have a function like a HQ squad for other tanks nearby within his zone of control and gain from some of his HQ bonuses? Hey by the way why are there no Panzer Kampf Leaders anyhow? there are always armoured HQ's to every armour divisions?? Maybe this is to gamey or something but I was just wondering. right I have had this happen so far three times so I was able to duplicate it, wierd. I know this could go into the tech support area but Im not doing it cuz, its like I said happened only three times from a billion games I have played. Right here it goes… I do a QB or a pbem (1000pts) with a bud and I buy my troops and place them on the battle field, and its only happened when I am defending... So right, turn one I have all my guys sitting pretty in thier foxholes doing what they do best... hiding in ambush I scroll around the map and I see "Whats this an empty fox hole?"... so i remove the trees to get a better look.. yup seems empty where that rifle squad was.... I zoom in thinking its a graphics bug that the troops are gone at a high angle view.. nope.. darn empty whole and not a shot fired yet. hmm funny did I hand out a holiday pass to those guys or ”advance to GO and collect $200???... so I figure damn I lost a unit but where? on one occation the troops suddenly appeard again, where the hell did they go and why is the Space Ship Enterprize "beaming up my guys".... next time it happens Ill save the file and send it to BTS asking whats going on.

no whats gamey is when I know Im loosing bad, having a bad hair day, my coffee just spilt on my CM Book, I lost track of which pbem I was playing cus I overwrote the wrong one and those pesky Americans just blasted my last Tiger from the battle field and not to mention I put a scratch in my CM CD.. the Australian Klausnitman T-5 although in all sence and purpose it counds as a bathtub it still got me going when it was able to take out Tigers at 4000m!!!! I guess it was those stablizers they got from the Brazillians in 44.

But I must admit the Hungarian Fazoli D made it to my favorite tanks even thought it could not take on those German/Italian tanks on a one on one battle they were dirt cheep and had a stylish toothbrush holder. was the Fazoli D taken out of production in 1944 or 43? darn my memory

the Gullieonio Mark U-B70 with its dual double action taps... not to mention its smooth deflecting crematics that came in Egg white for winter campains and a hardy Terracotta for those desert actions, although the Machido K-5/a has my eye since it comes with a adjustable soap holder... I don't care if you Gronads think they sux, if Hitler did'nt pull them out of production (from Napels I think) It would have change the whole war...

anyone figure if a hulled down rifle squad, has the same benifits as if they were positioned in a airballoon? I tried the Airballoon but they get shot down by the Itallian Mark 10 kitchen sink (model 10BV i think) every time germanboy you have any ideas how to beat that Mark10-BV? damn them crome cannons...

Oh man, i just wanna play CM ask questions about CM, rub the other players they lost in CM, get rubbed by other players I lost in CM and get those enjoyable updates from BTS, also like to hear funny stories from other players what happened in CM, get useful information from players concerning CM and have fun.. this is no fun it can be Steve is not yet in the office to lock this up, Im sure he has better things to do then lock up crappy threads that pop up like crabgrass... please people cool off get up take a walk, enjoy life, grab a drink do something but stop this it build to nothing and carries on to no end... im going to go have a BBQ when I get home enjoy friends and then have a few games of CM and get started in that wonderful Not so Superbowl... I know when one is making the map you can place it outside depolyment zones but on a QB I would think one is limited to your deployment zone..hm as for the AA, yup nice to use as a super heavy MG =) but they can be taken out faster then a H.MG in a foxhole or building. I was suprized how well they are when there are enemy aircraft in the air.. keep those flyboys a dodging since the updates mobil AA are nice the have no turning problem with aiming at troops, you also can shoot larger tanks if you have your tanks keeping them busy, most of the time you cant take them out but may be able to damage the main gun or if the comander was in the open paint that tank red with his helmet as decoration. also newbies tend to pannic seeing so many hits and deflections they scuttlebutt out of the area. well thats my 1 Estonian Kroon

watch those Arty rounds.. mostly those Rickets.. with Rickets from 150-300mm you need at least a 300m but to be safer a 500m distance buffer zone where your calling it in from your troops. I'm famous for droping arty on my troops (right germanboy). But on the other side I learned a great tatic that I read, it seems the Germans pre desginated thier own positions alot (russian front, normandy) and if the position was overrun they called an arty strike on it (this means buying arty markers), I read they called in strikes on thier own positions even if it was know friendly forces were still fighting in there. The Canadians learned that by Caen. heh.. most of the time the Germans had hundreds of predesignated areas for arty strikes (well they had time to mark them) for all you Gronads I can find the refernce to what I'm talking about when I get home... thats my 1,000 Lira

now I'm not one to realy gripe but... whats going on with this Tourney? hey Formerly Babra, I got more of silly stories from my Marder crews... I think they scraped the bottom of the outhouse finding these crews... one I love, is that one of my Marders was racing up the middle and it saw a Stuart and decided again... "well lads lets show those Amis whos better...lets jump tank befere they shoot then that'll teach'em!, ha?"
