It's not a "souper bowl" it's the SUPER BOWL! For all you limeys out there that think that "Soccer" is called Football, the SUPER BOWL is the Championship Game of the NFL (National Football League). The NFL has a 17 week, 16 game season (1 bye week for every team). Then two teams from each Conference (AFC, NFC) that have a record barely good enough to make the play-offs compete in a Wild Card play-off game. The other top ranked teams don't have to play that first week in the play-offs. Then the next week, the other two teams play the Wild Card winners. Then a week later the winners of those games play for the Conference Championship. Then two weeks later the Conference Champions play each other in the SUPER BOWL. In this instance the Baltimore Ravens have come all the way from the Wild Card game. It is very rare for a Wild Card team to make the SUPER BOWL. Did that answer your question, crepitis? BTW, the media seems to be picking the Ravens to win by like 23-13 or something like that, so I'll predict the Raven's with their defense will hold the Giants down. So we'll see.

No, I despise it also. I've seen some pretty bad butchered movies on TV when they do that. The ridiculous ones are the R rated ones where they dub in new dialogue over the bad language and/or edit out the extremely graphic parts. Well, I really didn't care for DD's grass either, so I went back to Old Dog's subdued Velvet Grass. But I have been using Panzertruppen's buildings ever since they came out.

I saw this game mentioned in the "Are we a dying breed?" thread and I looked it up on SSG's site and it says PC DOS combatible with Windows 95/98. I had the original Carriers at War game back in like '93 or '94 and I thought it was a great game. Boy I'd like to its graphics updated to 16-bit High Color. Same interface and all and with maybe better animations/explosions. I just think Gunny Bunny needs to go back to his N64 and play Mario Cart or something similar. Because obviously, the man, or do I say so the kid, really needs to get a grip on 3D engines these days. In fact, we aren't saying anything different that BTS has said inthe past and yet he doesn't wanna seem to listen to reason. He's not, as Judge Judy says, "receiving". He just keeps blabbing his mouth without hearing what we have to say, which is in fact what BTS has said several times before. Note to everybody that knows me on here. These are the kinds of people and discussions that really get me irritated when they bitch and complain, bitch and complain, but then when we try to explain to them the reasoning behind the issue and they don't listen and keep pushing, then you can see why I get a little irritated. It's like "How many times can we say the same thing?" These are the sort of discussions that make my on-line personality the way it is.
