  1. Ahhh, really looking forward to this. Hopefully it is just around the corner. [ July 09, 2002, 03:38 PM: Message edited by: Heinz 25th PzReg ]
  2. Moon: Does this mean that European players will not be able to order CMBB from the web? My previous experiences with CDV leads me to think that it will take some time for the game to reach Norway through the regular retail channels...
  3. Got a MAJOR victory playing the Allies using default setup... Cool battle, but perhaps you should give the Germans some more armor?
  4. Wicked idea! Now somebody please convert ALL CMBO mods to look like this.
  5. Funny stuff.... Hehehe... No wonder BTS is somewhat reluctant when it comes to talking about CMBB.
  6. Very nice website update!!! About time though....
  7. Excellent! I just started playing the Marvie scenario again. But I downloaded it before the update a couple of days ago. Are there any big differences in ver. 2? Keep up the good work, your scenarios are top notch. Heinz
  8. Clubfoot: I think Vongrutz wants to make a scenario+terrain mod for the Italian campaign, not to convert German to Italian forces.
  9. Its certainly about time someone took on this task, and I want to wish you good luck! Hopefully you will get help from others who also want to see a full Italian mod conversion. Heinz
  10. Yes, I am using Deanco's interface mod. I guess I'll try to tweak it then. Thanks!
  11. Loaded up the new 27.10 drivers and the transpancy issue is gone. Everything looks good except for the blurred text on locations ingame. I have uninstalled the old drivers before installing the new ones. But I have WinXP and dont know if its possible to set the graphics card to Standard PCI. It only recognize the Geforce 2 card. Is there a way to force the Standard PCI and then removing the old driver completely in XP? I think this is where my problem lies. There might be some old leftovers of the old drivers. Any suggestions? Best regards, Heinz
  12. Looks good, but I still have the blurred text ingame... Menues have cleared up though. Going to test this one some more.
  13. Thanks BTS for the replies! I dont care much about the graphical representation as long as they function in a realistic way. I am sure you will achieve just that and I cannot wait to see the end result. Best regards, Heinz
  14. I know this has been asked before, but it has not been properly answered yet. Since the code is at least 95% complete, I would think its possible for BTS to answer questions on this issue now. This is what we know so far: 1.We know that CMBB will include trenches. 2.They can be bought in a QB. This is what I want to know: 1. Can they be linked together to form larger trench systems? 2. Can units move unspotted from one end to the other? 3. Will it be possible to link trenches, pillboxes and dug-in possitions together? 4. Have you completed the graphics for the trench yet? If so please give us a screenie! 5. Can tanks run over them? Thanks BTS!
  15. Manx, Can you please make one monster file with all the CMMOS mods in it? Those of us with broadband access would really appreciate it! Heinz
  16. Hi Jeff! Hope you are well. Actually, you should not disable FSAA as it clears up some of the errors. There are several posts about it lying around here. There might not be a definitive answer for your configuration, but you should be able to get it playable. Regards, Heinz
  17. We have the Normandy, D-day and Bulge terrain packs. But what about the much overlooked Italian campaign? If somebody made a good terrain pack I am confident the scenario makers would start creating great Italy scenarios as well. It is fully possible to simulate the Italian campaign with the CMBO engine. Think of all the great battles that were fought there. From Sicily to the fight up "the boot". Monte Cassino, Anzio, etc. My humle request to mod makers and scenario creators. Best regards, Heinz
  18. This has to be one of the most wanted mods ever! Tom, do you feel the pressure?
