6. Just order your mortars to fire at the target in view of the commanding HQ unit. You will see a yellow line indicating the mortar is able to fire.
7. Hi As a former Leopard 1A5 tanker, I can assure you that it did not see combat during WW2. It was first produced in 1963 for the German Army and has been exported to a number of countries. It has a 105mm L7 rifled main gun and weighs 40 tons. It was designed to be fast and manouverable on the battlefield, not to slug it out in head-to-head battles. It is still in use in many countries, Norway is among them. The Norwegian 1A5 version has a fully stabilized gun and can hit targets while on the move. I would not feel very comfortable going into action with this tank because of the light armour(70mm max). The SABOT round the Norwegian Army purchased for the 105mm L7 is of very bad quality and useless against modern tanks. They bought the French round because it was cheaper than other alternatives. Take a look at this page for more info on Scandinavian armour: http://www.royhaaland.net Regards, Heinz
8. Hello Does anyone have any information regarding treebursts from arty during WW2? Any stories from real battles? The reason I ask is that treebursts occur very often in CM, and I want to know how it was in real life. Thanks! Heinz
9.
quote:
Originally posted by Pascal DI FOLCO: Good work, but is it much useful by now, with the powerful optics, IR and thermal imaging used by modern tanks ? Seems like a good way to give work to crewmen, but apart of this

Well, it will not hide you from thermal sights, but it can trick the human eye. Often the tank commander or loader spot enemy targets before the gunner. So a good camo will be helpful against tanks as well. It will not hurt you, so why not do it? Heinz
10. Hi About 5500 users have registered on this forum. I think that is a good indication of the number of sold games. Heinz
11. You arent overclocking your vid card or your cpu are you? If you are, try setting things back to default. Also try several beta drivers for your vidcard. Heinz
12. Please get over this guys, BTS are aware of the problems and are working on possible solutions. What more can you ask of a developer? Heinz
13. One of the things that made this such a good scenario is the terrain. It is really well made and represent a typical European smalltown very well in my oppinion. Moving through the gardens, expecting contact any time was an enjoyable experience.
