I just bought B17-2 and, although it is a good sim, it is obvious that it was rushed to sale for Christmas. It is full of bugs and slow even on big systems. My advice : wait for a patch to be released and listen to players' comments. Then you'll now if it's worth the price. Right now, it is not. You're right with the "W" meaning that this particular Sherman carries Wet ammo. It considerabely lower the chance of burning out. The "+" means that the tank's crew has added on the field additional armour plates on their vehicule. That explain the higher armor hull. In the game the Churchill AVRE is shown as having a normal ROF. In reality, the reloading sequence involved a sliding hatch above the co-drivre's seat, which I suppose considerably slowed down the delay between two shots. My question is simple : shouldn't the AVRE deserve the "slow ROF" label ?
