  1. Huzzar! Huzzar! Huzzar!

It is with the utmost humility that I announce my total, complete and remorseless subjugation of the Cavscoutian forces.

News from the other fronts, Noba is still hiding in the woods I am beginning to think he is a vile tree hugging greenie.

And Stuka has fled in fear from my unstoppable counter attack and I claim victory.

Bah, I was distracted by the disturbing notion that not only will Stuka be fouling the shores of this nation (well, it is only NYC after all, not much he can do to screw that place up anymore) and Joe Shaw is attending some kind of AARP convention in the midwest, which means he is far too close to me for comfort....

that and the titanium leaves that kept saving your precious panthers from my masterful flank shots caused your skin of the teeth victory.

  2. I do so enjoy stereotypes and broad generalizations. I know I will never be invited to Australia but if I were, I would bring my gun to do some drive by shootings while doing crack off of a prostitute's backside while demanding better health care and bemoaning the fact that the rest of the world doesn't speak American English.

The Palin explained to me that we are God's people and "real Americans" know that Paul Revere told us to be ready to vote against "that one"

I'm guessing that the Palin doesn't trust those Ausssie folks though because we can't see them from our house.

Did her bus tour go through all 57 states?

  3. Updates!

Buzzy has apparently run out of tanks, and has now decided he can't wait for CM Ost Front. He is sending human waves at my armor. The Soldiers Group Life Insurance folks are going to be most unpleased with their claim payouts after this battle.

Elvis (included for old time sake) had at least three tanks. He now has one. That one will Die-a-lot soon.

At least Wolfgang Amadeus Buzzsaw is still sending you turns.....

  4. I didn't purchase CMBN yet - hi BF, dont block IP's in Balkan and please allow poor people in Kosovo to buy your stuff on-line before I find copies in Chinese fake import store at 1 euro - but had in mind some scenarios about Col de Braus in Southern France ( 517th Para reg.) and the Lorraine tank-battles around Arracourt and the bridge head of Dieulouard.

Despite fact it should be set actually in an autumn vegetation environment,

maybe I will have also a go at Kall trail (Huertgenwald) already.

For the first one I want to try out what is the potential of the editor for a mountain area.

The second one should give you a break from the bocage country and the third one, I was inspired because it is just such an intense episode of the war and I like battles where the strategic aspect of terrain is key factor.

Hence, I was thinking also about Mortain, but I see that is already taken care of.

Expect me to go in overdrive when Bulge game comes out... provided Battlefront by that time tackles firing lines and follow the leader commands...Ooops, sorry, could not resist.

Are you in the Balkans or Dubai? Your latitude and longitude put you right in "Emirates Hills" in Dubai according to my google earth.

  5. I'm having difficulty setting up a QB by PBEM. I check off all the relevant scenario parameters, but when I select 2-player, PBEM and enter my password, the game just returns to the main menu.

I've tried the exact same procedure for a single-player QB and it works just fine.

    What am I missing?

You have to send the file to the other player.

  6. Hang on. Is he playing the same scenario against you as he is playing me? Poked his nose up, which didn't end well as the yankee machines got hit by the righteous 5 cm wrath of the armored car gods. Then he had the gall to shoot one of my little Pumas and after that - nothing. Zilch. Turn after turn of him sitting on his arse, picking his nose.

    Bah! I say.

Remarkable similarity, remarkable, except we didn't even have that bit of excitement. He fired at some random bushes and then nothing....

  7. So far, Joe Shaw continues to picnic his troops on his side of a river, apparently having forgotten that he is supposed to cross it at some time in the next half hour or so.

Wolfgang Amadeus Buzzsaw is scouting with full halftracks and might soon find out why that is a bad idea.

Speedy and Stuka are doing whatever Oddstrayluns do at 830 in the morning, which apparently is not sending turns.
