CM:BB and Nvidia Detonator 40 drivers don't mix

Read the Windows Demo Readme. It talks all about this. Madmatt -
I dont think that oscillating effect has anything to do with a light source. I see it all the time on the road with wheel spokes, fan blades and pretty much anything that spins fast. Madmatt

Guys, do me a favor and zoom the camera to look at the crew without selecting it. Does the texture looks all messed up, like his uniform is all tore up? Madmatt

Thanks guys, I will make sure Charles looks into this issue as I can replicate it on my XP box with those save files. Full version of the game doesnt crash so it should be an easy fix. Madmatt [ September 01, 2002, 12:58 AM: Message edited by: Madmatt ]

Please send me a save game in which you can replicate the crash and which has the tank crews. Just to be clear, these are bailed out crews? What happens if you use the -/+ keys to scroll through your units and manually select them? Madmatt

It can look that way sometimes when a tank is moving at full speed. Look at those tracks when the tank is at normal MOVE speed and see what direction they are moving in. The effect that I believe your seeing is the same with props on planes that appear to reverse when they get up to speed. I just checked the demo and they are revolving correctly. My guess is that you have the Hide Play Aids option enabled. That also removes the unit bases. Madmatt

Aaarrrggghhh, NEED another mirror

We are looking into this issue. I think it maybe something on our server hosts side, not the server themseleves as both the BFC and CMHQ servers are reporting the same thing which is VERY odd. Madmatt -
Once you get the file uploaded send me the EXACT full url to it so I can enter it into our download tracking system. I will then forward you a special link to use which will point to the file (after it registers a download on our log). Email me at matt@battlefront.com Madmatt

Sounds like the old page is still cached on your browser. Clear your cache and then look. Madmatt

Guys, there is a dedicated CMBB Forum now. Please post CMBB issues there. Be the first on your block. The links from the Download page should be okay now. Sorry about that. Madmatt

The download page needed updating. Should be all set now. Madmatt -
