Hawk66
Another good point is that the information on the Internet now is VAST and quite varied. Heck, even Wikipedia has more information on most weapons systems than most people need to know. Making a manual that does resembles the size of a metropolitan phone book is not a goal of ours Steve @BF guys: What about to create a Wiki (I mean just provide the platform, without any content from your side)? Even if it contains only organized links (forum/external) in the beginning, it would be worthy IMHO. And it would save your time since you only have to answer general questions once .
Moon
A Wiki is anything but saving time. It needs to be managed A LOT in order to be useful. When open to the public, it requires procedures to fight spam and plain idiots. We don't have the resources to manage that kind of project.
Roter Stern
@BF guys: What about to create a Wiki (I mean just provide the platform, without any content from your side)? That already exists - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combat_Mission:_Shock_Force - and it could use some serious expanding
Barleyman
Except wikipedia these days objects to huge trivia collections. Still, adding some links to the usual suspects sites wrt gun-fetishists and heavy metal perverts wouldn't go amiss..
BlackSwan
Will the new units apply to the stock campaign of vanilla CM:SF as well? I am still trying to finish it (on Veteran), but will try it again on Elite. B.
SgtMuhammed
Scenarios will not automatically update their TO&E. They are like a snapshot of the state of the game when they were made. If you want to use the new toys you have to make your own scenarios or update existing ones.

Battlefront.com
Remember that these are not "swap out" vehicles, they are completely separate vehicles. In practice the ERA kits are only put on the vehicles when the commander (probably Battalion CO in most cases) decides there is a call for it. It would be just as wrong for us to swap out a M1A1 Abrams for a M1A2 SEP Abrams just because one is better than the other. Also, when a scenario is made it is balanced on what the designer puts in. We shouldn't be the ones to change that balance. Steve
