SUPERHOG1
About 6weeks ago my 12yr old son spent some hard earned cashola ($58-includes shipping) for Drop Team. When we installed the game, we found that it did not work..kept crashing when building the scenario. I quickly contacted the support staff and worked with Clay to fix the problem. Clay and I exchanged email after email trying to fix the problem...I eventually updated my video drivers. Still, the game crashed. After about 3 weeks I was ready to give up and just chalk the purchase up to a bad decision-I didn't ensure that we had the correct OpenGl compability. But the team at Battlefront wouldn't let our problem die. In an act of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT and going above and beyond what anyone could reasonably assume as good customer service, Clay offered something really generous. He offered to send us a compatible video card so that we could use this new game. I was really stunned and jumped at the chance of being able to get my son to utilize the game. Well, about a week later an upgraded card arrived. I expected a used video card that would run the game. To my shock and surprise, I received in the mail a BRAND NEW video card/never opened. Now, I think you will agree, that this is incredible. The team at Battlefront has really impressed me...I think you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service anywhere! Even after installing the card, I had some minor problems and Clay was there to assist. Bottom line, Drop Team works well and I have a generous company to thank for it. Thanks Battlefront, I will always consider buying from your company whenever I look for new software. Sincerely, The Vaughan Family (and especially Big Dog Brendon, my son)
Chilibird
*applause* Way to go Clay! Now THAT is a shining example of humanity! That's one of those "gives you a smile" stories.
Jalinth
And THAT is the reason why I don't mind that I spent the full $45 on the game, when the price fell just a little while later. No game have I EVER played that has had this kind of support.
Gen. Lee Annoying
Your not alone, Clay and the boys helped me out early on in the public test when I was having crashing issues. Within the week of posting I was up and running and was instilled with hope for the human race ........ ok so maybe I went a little over board but these guys are deffinetly one of a kind and I both thank them and applaud then. If only the rest of the industry could take this as an example.

Mace
I'm not surprised. Clay's always come across as a real decent bloke, although in game he's a gamey bastage!
Jack Carr
You won't find that type of support with any other companies software. Truly amazing!
