I don't remember The models were completed a looooooong ago but were not included because there is quite a bit of labor to putting a model in. However, after it is in there is a lot less work to do if it is nearly identical to previous models already in the game. That is why they were included. Plus, with the PzIV being the backbone of the German panzer force for the entire war we felt it was only right to get the entire family of them in the game (there are 10 models in the game now).
