clcaldwell
MadMatt, is there ANY chance for one email per turn for PBEM? A "trusted" option instead of the current "tournament" option, so to speak? Just curious,
Schrullenhaft
I can't speak for BTS/BFC or the MadOne™ himself, but... I don't believe that this will be an option in CMAK. In CMx2 however there may be more 'multiplayer' options...
Snarker
I'm sure Fuerte will pick up te gauntlet and add the option for CMAK once it's released.
Madmatt
Nope, email procedure is unchanged from CMBB. A fundamental change like that will have to wait for CMX2. Matt
Tim A
This is most unfortunate and should have been near the top priority to address for CMBB and/or CMAK. I find the PBEM turn sequence a complete turn-off to this game. So much so that I don't think I can partake in PBEM games. One should look at how it is done in TacOps and copy that model. If one is worried about cheating then a single turn per exchange can alleviate that. I'm not sure how all you guys have put up with it. In any event it most certainly should be an option for playing amongst trusted people.
Panzerfest
I believe there is a trusted mode with PBEM helper I havn't tried it yet, the helper makes things go ALOT faster, than manually managing and keeping track of the files.
Nekander
I recommend PBEM Helper, it is great! Works with BO, BB and AK. Trusted mode available...
Cthulhu Dreams
I've been using the trusted mode of PBEm helper for a while now, and it's pretty good, if it does make for staggering file sizes - 1-2 megs being common for a not very large scenario - dial up users beware

You must always come into The Thread. holds a pure, mountain stream ice cube between his lips and in front of his teeth, and sucks Irish whisky through it like an old Slovenian woman taking tea with sugar, then spits the ice cube out on the floor... Feck This! Where's sodding Ales Dvorak?! Where's a setup, eh? What does a man have to do around here to get a game against some lousy Slovenian...er, Jolly Fellow?
