bigmac@work
OOOOOOOH AH! I always wanted to say that! But since I was in the Navy, the Marine guards posted on our Sub tender would have kicked my ass! Happy Birthday Marines! Was Gomer Pyle a REAL Marine? CaSCa
It is never wise to bait Marines. The crew of my boat did that once in Bangor, Washington and got their butts kicked. Seems the Marines at the bar only left to get reinforcements and then set up this L-shaped ambush along the road back to the shuttle-bus stop...the rest is another victory in the glorious history of The Corps. Happy Birthday Marines!

BloodyBucket
Our Glorious Corps is 225 years old. Every day a Holiday, and every meal a feast. Happy Birthday to all Marines everywhere, and may you have fair winds and following seas!
Maximus
Just like the military... Turns idiots into geniuses and geniuses into indiots.. It's sad to see members on the same side to get all worked up over the differences in the services.

CaSCa
We never felt any animosity towards the other services either, even when we were fighting them. Once again, with feeling: Happy Birthday Marines!!
