Combatintman
I use Powerpoint slides and save them in simple old paint to get them in BMP format.
IanL
I use the templates in Photoshop. Another editor that is a little more capable than paint but not quite up to Photoshop is Paint.Net. There is a plugin for paint.net that can read psd files so that could be a fee way to make use of the templates.
rocketman
I use a combination of Photoshop and Power Point. Some things I just fins easier to do in Power Point so not to have endless layers in PS. I have been meaning to learn MILSKETCH, but haven't yet. There is something about BFC's templetes that I just don't get, despite knowing how to work with layers.
