Glubokii Boy
If BFC could find the space in the UI... A slight change to the game-timer would be nice ! Instead of just showing a coundown timer maybe we could have a mission START- and END TIME and also a 'clock' showing the the current time of day... something like this... 10.00 - 11.30 --- 10.48 --- This would make it easier to see how much time has elapsed and not only the time remaining. Would help to keep track of when the reinforcements arrive...
Destraex1
This is what my briefings look like with "desktop resolution selected". It is not relaxing but a chore to read like this. See all the black space around the edges. That is what I see.
Sardaukar
BF ****ed up UI after CMx1 in my opinion. It's the hubris of success. "We do it as we wish." Not that it's not moddable, just that it's the attitude. I still have CM:BO,BB,AK..CM:BN,CW,MG,RT.
Destraex1
So it's moddable? It's just a picture... could be blown up 10 times per resolution.
Fizou
Well each to his own.. Im not saying the current UI is perfect. But it has been improved upon alot since CMSF and I really like it. BF is doing a good job if you ask me.
Volksgrenadier
something like this... 10.00 - 11.30 --- 10.48 --- That sounds like a GREAT idea to me. Depending on the percentage of time already passed, a green to red coloring in the background of the time would give the player a feeling how much time is left.
