I used Uncam without a hitch. When I opened the new campaign folder all the missions are listed as .btt files. Click on the ones you might want to look at, then just copy, and paste into your Scenarios folder. I tested it out because I wanted to see how the new "Silence" battle compared to "Silence the Guns" from the base game.

I prefer to send my men to their deaths with Woody Guthrie's "When the Yanks go Marching in" ringing in their ears. but, each to their own. -

Rumour has it that when the de Sade was locked up in the Bastille, he played a game called Mission de combat, based on the exploits of Lafayette. -

The progress that you are making is really whetting my appetite. I'm really looking forward to sending those colonial ne'er do wells to their deaths. -

Looking at the rain lashing down here in Limeyland, the above gave me a bloody good laugh. -

An interesting piece. I like the story of how he used to invite himself into people's houses around Westminster, if he heard music being played. And rather than tell them to stop, he'd have a beer, and a sing song with them. Of course, he was still a right-wing s***, who'd have had me strung up if out paths had crossed. -

@PEB14 I don't mind being wrong. That's how we learn things. But, I can only go by what is on the page in front of me. It would be nice to give @Paper Tiger a definitive answer, although I think his reworking of the campaign will be great whether we are up against Stugs or Marders. Perhaps BFC could pay for us all to go on a Jolly Boy's outing to Koblenz. Spend our days in the Bundesarchiv, and our evenings in a pub, or two. -

As long as they fall victim to our colonial cousins, I don't really mind the correct name of the unit they belonged to. But, thanks for the input guys. -

That is a really good book. Sadly, my copy fell victim to water damage at my old hovel some years past. -

Yes, it was a bit pricey. I payed for it entirely in £1 coins. much to the bemusement of the bloke on the counter in the Megastore on Oxford Street. Ah, we were all so much younger then, I had a massive crush on Liz Fraser from Cocteau Twins at the time. Meanwhile this is the photo I mentioned above. ... -

@Paper Tiger I've taken a break from hanging up my girlfriend's Xmas decorations, and dug out my old D-day Then and Now Vol. 2. There is indeed a picture of a knocked out Stug from 709 on page 398. Okeh, back to work. -
You did indeed mention PS. I just hadn't realised it was that bad.

Oh, yes. That would make sense. I'd forgotten about them. Blame a rotten cold. Were they included in AH's "The Longest Day" by any chance? -

Which units would the Stugs have belonged to mate? I can't find any record of there being any on the Cotentin on D-day. Of course, we didn't have horseless fighting vehicles in my day. So what the hell do I know? -
Sadly, having taken a more detailed look, these are really not my cup of tea. Although you have done a reasonable job with the maps. Basing them on PS really does expose what it for what it is; a childish shoot 'em up dressed up to look like WW2. I'm not sure which was the biggest insult to my intelligence. The SS arriving on Utah Beach in tanks on D-day, or Best being dominated by a church on a rocky escarpment. Ho hum.

It will be quite a while before I can give these a whirl. But, they do look interesting. I still had enough hair to "Spike", the last time I went to Best.

More good news from the Tigerman. I think that splitting it into two separate campaigns is a great idea. I get my Limey arse kicked twice over.
