I looked through the various CM WW2 titles and only see the yellow-green-brown version. Anybody have one they can send me as a bmp (or psd file where I can uncheck the camo layer)? ok, the [tuffhaus] mod behaved real well, I like it! I will use it again for sure. I have a church that is a church, stone buttressed church 300 game code metadata physics but it shows as the 304 Russian turreted church renamed. building 304 was that same Russian turreted church taken into blender and the guys worked all night to remove the turrets. I did some new art for a variety of colors. Finally the 2 story church 308 church needs some new art but it will be a government building. The wooden buildings are the modulars. CONTEST! CONTEST! CONTEST! I have an intention to soon use Blender to TRY to make (from existing CM world tank parts) a hybrid tank with the goal to look like a Soviet T-26, as best I can. What should I use? Look in CMBN, CMFI, CMFB, CMCW, CMBS, CMSF2, even CMRT. PM me with your suggestion of a) the tank turret and b) the tank wheels/tracks and c) the tank hull. The best suggestion, the one I end up pursuing, gets a tank (or other vehicle) "decorated to their specs"...! This means a Barbarossa era mod of a vehicle with unit insignia, numbers, nicknames, coloration as they desire and even weathering. Doesn't have to be the T-26, but must be something we already have. Decoration will be done to the very best of my ability. -

@Heinrich505 and I are testing the tuffhaus mod. He has axis and the buildings. I will invite him for comment but it seems they are offering good protection like ASL stone houses. If it is a flop...oh well, I tried -

I got motivated for a Blender recon mission ( I call them that). A quick load of some mdr files to dork around. I put one of my T-34 wrecks on a foxhole and twisted it and rotated it. Went in the game fine BUT I forgot foxhole show in groups of 4. Hahaha ha Looked like a weird "Kurskian carousel"...! So...nix that. A day later got curious and messed with a Russian bunker. Lowered it a meter. Maybe shove it under a tank? Looked ok but then the "crew" were having their heads up above the top lip. I might be able to change the crew z coordinate. -

My videocard died and so I am DIW (dead in the water for you sea faring types) I was you-tubing and saw a video on a board game for Italians in N. Africa. I think I will conjure up a scenario for Free French @gregb41352 being attacked by Italians. @boygarvin

I don't mean it as a negative thing. My first thought is of sympathy that maybe their lives are filled with stuff and running the company and do they even get the time to enjoy these fruits of their labors? If the answer is no, ---> they are busy CEO types now! they have no time! to ever really "play" the game or load a mod. They have employees and other folks who do that stuff for them as testers. That would be so sad. Incredibly depressing... I hope it aint true but what sign do we have that they ever do play the games...? Like we do here in the forums? Now, will they all of a sudden post and ask for a PBEM opponent? Winner selects the next module! EDIT: I forgot a part I was going to say about my many years working at an Italian restaurant on the Jersey shore. I never got sick of Italian food. I made meatballs and fried eggplant many times per week. Chopping mozzarella for hours. Pealing garlic. Making dough. Making sauce, it cooked all day til we closed. NEVER STOPPED LIKING THE FOOD! But a computer game? Maybe they are flat out sick of it all and are into billiards? Big money Las Vegas billiards? I dunno!

I tried in a recent scenario "BARB Shklov <...something or other>" but the bunker would want to twist and turn between 3D previews! Maybe I needed a bigger building but the scenario didn't need/specify huge buildings I was thinking.... -

I am always walking out like I am on thin ice but I know what you mean. THAT idea I have had before for CMFI Afrika mods. Like Tobruk? I want to try and re-MDR a bunker to be like something we'd see in that theater. I read a report that allied troops in the perimeter around Tobruk heard axis cement mixers! Like when those French castle guys hear the Trojan Rabbit being constructed? -
all is well that ends well, enjoy the scenarios. PM me if you see anything you need fixed. I feel like a 1 armed paper hanger. Am I even allowed to say that in 2022?

another idea is you go ahead and open one of my scenarios in the editor and then just save it to your scenario folder and say yes to overwriting the existing one. Try one with the above procedure (and remember which one!) and then see if it is playable. I smell smoke coming from my brain you got me thinking so hard!

well, a lot of document files in a folder, when folder is set to icon view, have an icon based on the program assigned to them. You can see little excel symbols, word, etc. It was just an idea to check if somehow SOMEHOW! my scenarios adopted a file application and the game thinks it is not the program to open them? BUT BUT BUT you did say the scenario editor sees them all so that theory is probably dead but please take a look anyway
