When I bought CMSF just recently I was given a username and password for the store and downloads (including scenarios) But when i went to use the same username and password for the forum it was rejected so I made a new account for the forum. So unless I screwed up somehow you need two separate accounts.

I think you will find lots of people to play in Battlefronts Opponents Finder forum on the main board once the game is released. How active that board is a good indicator on how well a game is received.

I pretty much ignored CMSF until someone mentioned that to get used to the CMBN interface play the CMSF demo. So i did and loved it. Didn't think I would. So I will be coming back to the game quite often even though my main focus will be on CMBN. Also the WW2 loving community including me waited a loooooooooooong time for CMBN to come out. So i hope the CMBN sideshow lasts a looooooooong time as well with a revisit to the Russian Front. Then after all that... then maybe.. CMSF2.... Woohoo.. life is good.

I just scanned the CMSF_3Module_Bundle_Setup file I downloaded from Battlefront and AVG found 11 win32/heur infections. umm.. is this bad??

Yeah I'm getting this as well. For me it seems to be the Nato module. The exe icon is funny with the Nato module, its not the same as the British or Marines. I have been playing the game with no problem for the past week or so since i downloaded the bundle.

Another Canuck got suckered I see. I wasn't going to get CMSF. I'm waiting for CMBN to come out. But I read on these boards that playing the CMSF demo was a great way to get used to the CMBN interface. So I did and liked it so much I bought the same thing you did. So far its been pretty cool. I have been playing it alot and I'm glad I got something to play before CMBN comes out. Playing the Nato Alamo right now. I have to agree with poster who says the AI can show some unusual behaviour. I have had some guys running around like chickens with their heads cut off. One guy who was running around out in the open was killing enemy as he went so I was kind of proud of him. Had a Rambo moment going on there. But all in all its a BIG improvement over CMBO/BB/Ak's AI. And no you will have download and install the latest patch 1.31 after you install the Bundle.
