  1. Hi all, This time a stone building, light tone but with heavy weathering. This is the very last of the surplus buildings I had leftover from previous mods, now I'd like to take a look at the old modular buildings mod and rework those 8 with the things I learned meanwhile, weathering and such. Adds a new building texture among the 8 modular vanilla's, this is number 15, (numbers 9,10,11 are covered by my previous industrialization mod, number 12, 13, 14 by Add on 1, 2, 3). New Windows, new door, normal maps included. Please note that this mod does not change any building in game, it simply adds a new one that can be placed in new scenarios.   2. yes, that's what I mean, the same command that tells a guy on a tank to get down and close the hatch here makes the complex move of rising the side panels. I would expect some deaths to rifle fire from a non distant platoon...

I was too lazy to find different Windows and door this time.   8. You do not discuss with me yet your very first words in this thread show my name and dicuss only my mods, nothing to do with Tank's a Lot thread. Your only intention is to attack my work and you keep referring to me in a thread where I have nothing to do because this discussion is Tanks a Lot showcase of his work, you have no other intention than attacking me and my works using threads you know I'll look into because I am interested in the subject and your first and only post in this thread demonstrates this. You continue to provoke me and derail discussions of other users threads to conduct your personal crusade, citing my name, work, attacking it in order to start a discussion that has nothing to do with the thread.

All you do is go around different threads and attack me and my mods, without any regard of respect for me, the original poster of this thread, and the other users, not only you wanted to hack a thread of mine now you also intervene in other people's threads only to attack my personal mods disregarding what is discussed in this thread by Tanks a Lot's work and therefore derailling the discussion from Tank's a Lot work to mine, this is UNACCEPTABLE. You have been flagged to moderators, please refrain from causing unrest to other users threads and personal Attacks. One thing is not liking another person work, another is insulting his work by continuous personal Attacks, in different threads, making stupid jokes, and mocking his work. My mods use scans from wooden structures, I have no idea where they come from and in any case I have no reason to justify anything in front of you because they are just mods for a videogame made from my personal taste, with a special respect of the original game's aspect, I never claimed anything different and I offer my personal work to the other users to be used or not completely freely. You claim to be the repository of historical truth in a very childish way and use this just to attack people who you don't like for some reason, your behaviour is offensive and your continuous provocations add nothing to the discussion of other users, now you try to derail also Tank's a Lot thread and this is not a correct thing to do in the regards of the original poster and the other users.

I will ask now a forum moderator to lock this thread, even if I am the author, and this is the first time it happens here. Thanks for derailing this, troll, hope you will refrain from these kind of actions in future threads of mine or Others.

You create a new scenario or load an existing one and change the modular building appearance in 3d preview, or, if you really like them, you have to rename each of the files changing the number in the name, for example: you find: "facade12-exterior-bottom" rename all the files of that building, all of them, by changing the number: "facadeX-exterior-bottom" Where X is a number between 1 and 8 But careful the above will replace one of 8 the standard buildings completely in all game's scenarios and campaigns.

  13. pretty sure the number is infinite, MickeyD did a lot of testings in the past on this matter so he might confirm for sure. Same goes for buildings, bunkers too as I discovered little time ago.
  14. Same here, all the buildings, guns etc. mods I've done have the same size as the originals, so the number of pixels is the same, they just change color. If you have let's say 5 more hull variations on a vehicle than the vanilla's single one I doubt it will impact gameplay directly, but only loading times of the game or mission, but in any case I'm pretty sure they should be milliseconds.
  15. Correct, some vehicles will have the same wall, so your numbers and letters will be right one one side and backwards on the other, but should be very few tanks with this problem. Well, as for the programs etc. everybody has its favourite, it takes time to learn all the stuff but you can do it on your own with a lot of patience, I did like this, few weeks ago I only occasionally used windows' paint to do very little things.. For my point of view I suggest you this program: "RealWorld Paint" , I found it completely free on internet. When it comes to sources etc. for images I just browse the internet. It takes time, and patience, but everybody can work on the game's bmp files, the concept in the end is easy. We just paint stuff in game, but we don't get dirty doing it.

  17. Hmm, should be easy work if you got some basics with a painting program. Let's see, if I understood correctly you would like the original vehicle skins, but with various different decals. To make something like that you should load the original vanilla skin with a paining program, wipe out the insignas and then apply a new layer to add the new insignas, numbers, slogans or whatever it is. Then rename the original skin with a new number. Peoblem: some vehicles in CMRT have double faces for right and left sides, some Others don't.

  20. Hi Aris, thanks for the mod. I would vote for the older style, with more weathering, but I like the new Jagds a lot anyway. The early Jagd looks brighter than the others in the upper hull with full sun imho. Are you planning muddy versions too?
