The 105mm howitzer M2 was the standard 105mm howiter during WWII. From 1942 on, the electric Warner brakes were removed from the carriage, and the M2A1 was born. This was the version that was mounted on the M7 and M7B1. Maximum elevation for howiter on carriage: 64 degrees, 15 minutes Maximum range: 12,205 yards (sorry, not in the mood for conversions) Maximum elevation for M7 and M7B1: 35 degrees The max range for these vehicles is still listed as 12,200 yards, though as you have pointed out, the physics of it simply don't compute. On some occasions, the Priests would be driven onto fashioned ramps to provide a greater angle of elevation, perhaps more akin to the later M37 that had a maximum elevation of 45 degrees while mounting the same howitzer.

Arrested, convicted, and I think he opted for military service in lieu of 1 year jail time. County cops are worthless for that kind of thing, and it takes animal control days to respond to a complaint, but they don't mind expediting the prosecution of one who takes care of such things on his own.

If you have that kind of delay, you either need to purchase TRPs to aid your fire, or fire on the first turn to avoid the delay. Smaller caliber artillery such as 81mm mortar on up to full 105mm shells are quite useful on the attack, provided you can find a nice place to plunk a spotter. They can be used to drop a covering smokescreen, small amounts of shells can be used to eliminate gun positions or momentarily pin an enemy to allow your infantry to close, or large amounts can be used to disrupt infantry for a longer period of time and inflict some casualties. 81mm is best for the first two, while 105mm and up is better at inflicting serious casualties.

Light and medium bridges require abuttments of two height levels greater than the terrain they cross. Heavy bridges require abuttments four levels greater. However, if you only elevate the one gird immediately adjacent to each end of the bridge it won't work. Several grids around each end must be changed. Kind of like so: Run the road up to the bridge and you'll get a level transition from bridge to road. Like so:

The British knew full well they were acquiring well worn ships, but they didn't intend for them to fight other surface units. They were to escort convoys, and free up newer British destroyers for fleet action. They were large DEs. Four Clemson class ships sunk makes for "quite a history?" Aside from being an entirely inadequate summary of losses for the class, it also seems to be an entirely uninformed one as well. 273 Wickes/Clemsons were built, 50 were transfered to the RN. of the 223 remaining in USN service, 12 were sunk. That happens to be the lowest percentage of losses by class of any destroyers that served in the USN during WWII.

That's the only difference between them. Otherwise they have the same number of tubes, same ammo loadout, etc. Radio is faster and costs more to purchase.
