Yes sir ...all those you have listed. The only time I really seen a difference was when I rolled back on my video drivers from 93.71 to 91.47 ..the drops to desk top seemed to stop ..for one day ..now that has returned ..no runs, no drips, no ERRORS ..just back to desk top. Anyway ..this is all making my head hurt ...so gonna give up warring for awhile and back to Racing ..GTR2 and rFactor ..I know I'm good to go there. I dropped back on my drivers (91.47) and seemed to help for awhile but now getting dropped back to desk top as before with 93.71. Game seems to be running just fine when out of nowhere ...back to the desktop! My system is an Alienware 3.07 P4 1.5 Gig mem. Audigy 2 sound card GF 6800GS Tried all the different tweaks listed in all the different threads ...no joy ..no game for now ..was fun while it lasted. Regards, Gunz

Guys, I have a question ..I ask this in another thread some time ago but have since then lost track of the thread but don't think I ever got an answer ...Does the enemy AI always start a battle with expert everything (gunner, scout ability, commanders etc.)? And the human starting with much less (abilities)? If this is so ..shouldn't the AI expertise be a random sort of thing ? Imagine taking out most of enemy tanks, only to come up against one ace who gives you all kinds of hell.? Don't know if I'm making myself clear here. Anyway ..i'm just curious if the enemy always starts a battle with expert abilities? Anyone Know ? (1C & BTS)? Regards, Gunz

Peri, you might try rolling back to the drivers you were using before 93.71. I was using 93.71 also ..last night I uninstalled them and installed 91.47 ..I have not had a freeze or CTD yet ..FPS are better but still slows down when the action gets hot and heavy. Regards, Guns

Don't know if this will help anyone but it looks like it solved my CTD and freezes so far ...my card is a gf6800 and I was using latest drivers like everyone says which were 93.71 ...I was nosing around over on Nvidia's forum and it looks like a lot of people having problems with 93.71 ..so I uninstalled those drivers and installed the drivers I had before 91.47 ..so far (knock on wood) no freezes and no CTD. Nvidia must have a problem with 93.71. Regards, Gunz
