It seems to me tank killers are more suited to tracks for lower profile. the hover crafts sit significantly higher so are harder to stay covered with... but it would probably be fun and interesting and sometimes useful, so why not? someone should definately at least mod one in. I really want that 76mm apollo. maybe even with a bit more punch to make up for not being able to circle enemy at near max range? or a sensor or something maybe. does anyone use the 20mm apollo? i havent really, but it seems like it is probably underpowered as in undercompensated for light gun. but if ther use it or maybe even if they dont, then nevermind.

  6. I think we should continue to be able to pick up enemies (increases teamwork). I really like you command vehicle ideas and robotic moving mines makes good sense (but no hrry, I dont know if I would like them, they could be very annoying. light mortar on thor would be my first addition (after infantry).   8. Good points yurch! do you take notes whiile you play? I wasnt trying to downplay waters heavyness, only up play the extreme far future.
  9. I thought most colors were lost, but I could be wrong. Y'all seem way to focused on modern technology for my taste. The comparative to omodern long range of view can be easily explained by serious computer horse power image inhansing over a very broad spectrum (unlike our narrow nature spectrum range) and complemented with active and/or passive sonar. These vehicles have anti matter engines which are supposed to make tons of radiation, so they should be much easier to detect than modern tanks. These guns fire at about twice the velocity of our tanks, and much denser shells. The tanks are made of entirely nanoconstructed materials so are probably almost incomparatively stronger than our materials, so there should be no chance of barrels exploding because of the "denseness" of water. Y'all have seen harpoon guns work underwater, ap shells have similar dimensions to a harpoon.
  10. I like the under water firing and think it is reasonable given the extreme velocity of these extremely dense shells. I imagine it would vaporize the water in front of the shell, thus flying through a steam bubble. I think the water visibility distance keeps underwater firing ranges reasonable. good points guys, thanks.
  11. My schedual is unpredictable now, but I am free during all times of day on some days, so I can likely play anytime. Ill keep checking this thread to find out when to log on. Yeah demoheads, buy the full version. You know you will later when they add infantry , so play better maps in the mean time.

  14. I agree that there should be a limit on dropping deployables capability, but I wish the ship didnt have to leave copletely first. At least we should get a indicator saying when our drop request will work. I end up watching the command map (space button) to see when they dissapear. I also think we sould be able to change vehicles or order extracts while dropping things and getting taken up. But please, give us a "OK to drop" indicator. Thanks, Im preordering today.
  15. In close range sweeping fire with the 20mm i have certainly seen over 5 hits per click
  16. It seems that a very satisfactory easy fix to the shadowless forest would be to put a shadow texture under whole forest instead of for each tree

    yeah, the optimum to shoot for would be always being near and within your max penetration range, which is pretty long. I think the battery from the side or the side back of turret are the best places to shoot with 76mm.

  20. excellent, I was going to report that the sparks fly through the vehicle like it doesnt exist, but I bet this takes care of that
  21. TO me that seems like too many turrets for inside base. i reccommend lowering it to one or 2 of each
  22. If the off the line acceleration is increased much,it will be almost impossible to hit a appollo at range, the driver will be able to dodge all incoming, instead of most. But it would be more realistic. At the very least the 12omm thor should have more ammo, if nothing else is changed, i think it should have at least double apollos ammo
