to be honest, that review is what i was thinking too.

no right click is damn retarded, its quite clearly a mistake having the byzantine keyboard system/mouse camara system. i just can't see who thought, "hey my complaint about CM was it was too damn easy to control and command units! i want to half battle the confusing way you give commands! along with the AI" (tho it does give the AI a chance...) yes its quite clearly a advantage (upgrade) of clicking move, then going on map with mouse, and to click the point to move to, (then seeing a target) to click the other commands panel to click target, then to go to the map and select the target AND THEN! to quickly selecting the movement panel (wtf is up with this insanity!) to stop your prized assent from driving to its death! if you can't spot the sarcasm there then you don't deserve too!

I thought i was triping (or my troops were) when i saw this too, 2 of my AT4 teams, firing slightly download hill at some stykers, the first few shots were quite funny, watching them fire the missile and it falling down after about 40 feet and blowing up (target was about 200 feet away), but after they burnt up all there ammo, and my other anti tank teams (on a level field of the stykers) had died, it wasn't funny.

i am sorry but the defence that some people have raised of blackwater sound like biased employees of Blackwater! "There only there for defensive actions!" this argument is not valid, the fact is there hired for money to be there, makes them mercenaries, defensive/offensives don't matter, there still "killing" other people for money.

Blackwater don't show up on any casualties list, so while being a Expensive/inept force to field, they have the political advantage of fielding extra men that the public don't need to know are there, or if they are taking casualties. Blackwater are a Totally War Profiteering company if there ever was one...along with K.B.R.-Halliburton, CACI, and Titan

to the fps crowd here, i don't belive cmsf will really worry there machines, i for one will have a quad core when they games comes out (if it comes out this year at all ) and the price of duel core computers will be cheap enough, the only thing that could slow cmsf down is if it can't multi thread... but for the 5 year old comps, CMSF will be the Tiger Tank to there crusader tank machine. (it might brew up)

i am sorry mike but your WRONG, adding mass to a object/person DOES affect speed and endurance you can't get something for nothing, yes you might get used to the equipment, but its still there, adding extra weight, extra weight your muscles have compensate for, its the same as trying to run thu water, i don't care how long you been runing thu water, your not going to out run someone runing on land, its basic physics. if you take 2 people of equal fitness, give one more weight to carry then the other, and he will be slower and have less endurance then the other, no matter how long hes trained with the extra weight.

limit the fps 30 max, otherwise you will get MASSIVE file sizes, other then that its just down to the res you are using, then you divx it to make it smaller

i personally don't see why china would use force to gets its way with Taiwan, when it could just sit there slowly gaining economic power until its richer then the USA (i read somewhere that will be 2015, but even if it takes till 2050 they will get there in the end (unless some stupid fool drags them into a war )) then it could threaten economic warfare and get its way that way. that is unless Europe and the USA strikes up some weird trade deal that keeps them alot richer then everyone else. cheap power is a good way of offseting labour costs... just a idea.

Well i belive Kong highlighted most of the problems to the game industry that have happened over the past 6 - 8 years, but despite the talent drain on games some pretty good games have been made Half life 1 (2 is not worth it, it suffers the very problems of fancy graphics but a really short game and no where near as good as half life) Battle field 2 (even EA can make a good game once in a while) Civ 2 and 4 (civ 3 is dreadfull but civ 4 feels like civ 2 in a way, and civ 2 still one of the best multiplayer games going) The Movies (new but a really good game) Football Manager 2006 (if you like Football AKA Soccer, then this is a must) Heart of Iron 1 (2 is dreadfull to play after playing hoi 1) there is a few other good games, but those are currently on my hard drive.

yeah i thought WP was ban'ed as Sergei said, and i argee about how this thread shows how different societies have different realities, and also how different people view information, some talk about the errors in the weapon profile (cloths not burning) while others think about if the USa should use the chemical weapon against the "mad village nutters", its been a very good thread.
