Rune, it seems the tank got immobilized but hasn´t brewn up. Please, do not stop to provide tourney scenarios and do not quit B&T. If you´d really do this I think the loss for the community would be one of the few real damages the whole unfortunate affair might be causing. I can imagine the frustration on behalf of Treeburst155 and others who run the tourney, and there´s going to be some extra-work, assuming they determine a way how ROW III can continue. I think I can also imagine that currently you probably feel like a total ******* (whatever). But what you announce is simply too much! A mistake was made and it will never happen again. It´s too late to change it now but I think everybody understands that such things happen in real live. I want to see ROW IV and I believe that a couple of your scenarios should be part of it simply because they are fantastic and positively contribute to the excellent standards of the whole event. Well, my story is basically the same as Jaws´. Some have mentioned that they know their opponents and that they have proven to be honorable and trustworthy in previous tourneys. Unfortunately I´m a newbie, I don´t have much of a history to prove I´m a honorable player. So far I´ve only completed three PBEMs outside of ROW III (against ParaBellum, Grog Dorosh and Kanonier Reichmann). I have informed Treeburst155 and my opponent immediately AFTER the official cancellation for the same reasons as Jaws. I should have stepped forward earlier but there were some (not related to cheating) reasons for me not to do so. A considerable amount of these reasons has to do with the fact that although I´ve been watching the forums for a lenghty amount of time before I registered I´m still new to the community. As it turns out not steppoing up earlier was a mistake. I´ll be withdrawing from the official tourney as well. I´m a bit worried because I believe I´m doing a way better job in the scenario in question then what my overall performance might look like in the end. So this is probably smelling a bit fishy to people who don´t know me and can´t judge if I´m trustworthy or not. My opponent has agreed to carry on in the game in question. I´d be grateful if I was allowed to finish my games and submit AARs in which I´ve invested many days of work already. I hope my ROW and PBEM partners will still be willing to accept me as a trustworthy player. Nolloff

I´d rather imagine Sharon plotting a turn and leave the game with Ozzy who´s watching the video for 2 hours in total amazement before starting to wonder that nothing happened in the last 119 minutes. Operation Schuhmacher Dimensions: 3km east-west, 200m north-south. Featureless map with the exception of two paved roads leading totally straight from east to west. Exit zones on both sides. Germans: 1 Kübelwagen Russians: 1 Truck The player who exits first will win. As the operation progresses the player will experience all possible weather conditions. Kübelwagen Mods Bridgestone, Goodyear, Michelin will be available shortly and weather dependent rulesets will reduce micromanagement for tuning. Operation: Has luck replaced skill? 5x5km map. 3 Russian TRPs vs. 3 German snipers. Manage to place all TRPs on top of a sniper and win the jackpot. After 100 attempts tournament rules allow Italian Snipers instead of Germans although non-historical. Purely for variety´s sake...

Hand to Hand combat: German 37mm AT gun vs. Russian 45mm AT gun. Both without ammo. 2 x 2 km map. Featureless open steppe. The ladder version has heavier/slower to move guns to make flanking more difficult.

I´ve taken the snow bitmaps out of the Ardennes mod and renamed them to replace the light snow bitmaps in CMBB. Looks nice imho. If Tom does not object I can send them to you. Nolloff

Well, it was a bit more exciting. I remember fistfights, hard rock, wet T-shirt contests with the ugliest women on earth participating and every GI I met told me he had had long hair (down to his ass, more or less ) before he joined the army and was the mean, crazy and totally rebellious public enemy No. 1 in the ****kicker settlement he was born in. Women, booze, violence, rebellion - what else does a good game need?!? Nolloff

Here´s my status, Section 3-1 "King of Debrecen" (German) setup sent to Seahawk this morning, 11:00 GMT+1. "Rear Guard Action" (German) setup sent to Sgt CDAT this morning, 11:30 GMT+1. "Hosszupalyi" setup (German) sent to Cyrano yesterday morning. Lead (and hot molten TNT of course) is already getting exchanged between me and Wellsonian in "The Beast" (Allied). "The Christmas Battle": Nothing received from Ron_Alderdice yet. Allied Pack is on my HD. Bring it on guys, I´m waiting .. From what I´ve seen so far the scenarios are extremely cool! Respect!
