  1. J0ker In Excel you need to select all the cells you want to print then on the file menu go to print area and set print area. Now do a print preview and all the cells you selected will fill the page
  2. This is by way of a test. I stuck these on some free webspace. Don't know if there is a download limit or not. Let me know if they crap out. The much vaunted YodelRekordSpielerWagens of Obergefreiter Fullers Geheimes Yodel Rekord Lauten Speiler Sektion (GYRLSS) litter the battlefield.
  3. I think rather than exclaiming about the presence of rotted bovine lactation. That our Russki pals are pointing out the presence of Fasciiiiiists. Do a search on the board. In the early threads there are a number of transliterations of the various languages. Try This One [ March 14, 2003, 11:31 AM: Message edited by: Captain Pies ]
  4. Holy Mother of Kazan They have a YodelRekordSpeilerWagen! Quickly comrades lower the flaps on your Ushankas. Ha, those unkulturny Facisti think they are just for keeping our ears warm.
  5. I got that print problem with the Excel Viewer too Solution: Select only the cells that contain data then on the file menu choose set print area. Look at print preview and hey presto you have a full size print.
  6. Can't remember exactly what turn we are on but its around 9 or 10, Iain might be able to enlighten us today. Currently I hold both the flags on the map, or at least thats what the game is telling me. Iain has lost a couple of his Halftracks to my KV's and one of my ATR squads is spanking another at the moment. Alas the Motorized Molotovs have failed to perform as expected. I lost one in the first couple of turns to a Halftrack and the drivers of the others all lost their bottle in the face of heavy MG fire from Infantry and Halftracks. I think they suddenly realised what a tracer round can do to a large tank of Kerosene They have been pulled back to await the arrival of the NKVD for some attitude adjustment. Iain has now started to shell my positions in the small village that is the main objective on the map. Looks like small calibre stuff. Maybe 81mm or 75mm but he has mentioned Nebelwerfers We plan to put an AAR together so piccys will be forthcoming.
  7. Obergefreiter Füller, Thanks to lend-lease and the sweat of the Soviet Steel workers There are many more MM's rolling off the production lines to replace the one that was lost. Unlike your HT and the Facisti that cowered within it. Edit due to my poor collective farm spelling. [ February 28, 2003, 07:02 AM: Message edited by: Captain Pies ]
  8. Ha. If only he could pierce the Maskirovka he would realise that each truck is a fuel bowser and if he looks closely he will see the burning rag sticking from the filler cap. This is an experiment in Motorized Molotovs. Those HT's he has racing towards the flag are in for a nasty suprise.
  9. this site security arms Has a picture of a US recoiless rifle. Basically a tube that fires a shaped charge or HE projectile. The gasses escape out the back hence no or little recoil
  10. Mr White v Mr Silver has started, at least the setup has been sent. Are people planning to do AAR's for these games, might be interesting to see what styles of play and force mixes are used for the same type and scope of game?
  11. Iain I've no special prefs on rules, In a ME towed guns and other unmaneuverable units are largely useless and wouldn't be a good idea to have in the force mix. I'll send you the setup tonight. Steve
  12. Originally posted by Boff: Ha that makes you practically French in my book. We shall have to decide who is more "Southern" on the field of combat, then the winner can go and kick the Northern Monkeys in their tourney.
  13. Count me in if there's any room left. I'm in Crawley so further south than the lot of you (I think).
  14. For those wishing to re-live all those happy moments go here Arcade at Home There's loads of other machine emulators out there, you just need to look for them.
  15. Ahhh such memories (wipes tear from corner of eye). I'd forgotten all about that one 'til you reminded me. Where did you get that screenie? can it be that you are the last person on the planet to own a working ZX Spectrum? let alone a tape recorder to load the games on?
  16. Elite?? NAhhhhhh SSI's Arnhem on my ZX Spectrum is what got me into this mess.
  17. Ooooh my first double post [ November 13, 2002, 11:26 AM: Message edited by: Captain Pies ]
  18. YES YES YES Its generally agreed that the demos were merely to showcase the new commands and do not provide much of a challenge. If you want your a$$ handed to you regularly by the AI and a wealth of excellent scenarios and operations you have no choice but to buy this game. Enjoy
  19. Fuerte Any updates to PBEM helper for the release version of CMBB?
  20. IIRC from various accounts Katyushas were sometimes used in the direct fire role against armour. Usually as a desperate measure. MIght be nice to have them on map in CM3
