I agree with GH. If you want to start putting in mods, go with this fist and formost! Then put in DD's terrain. Once you put these two elements into the game, it will tranform CMBO by about 70%.

I play CMBB all the time now. At first I thought I would go back to CMBO once and a while to visit the WF, but there are so many improvments in CMBB, that I just never have any interest in playing CMBO anymore. I tried, but I just keep moving back to CMBB. I have considered for the past week of finally removing CMBO for my HD for the fisrt time since it's release. *gasp* :eek:

It was never ment to be rebuilt from the ground up. They stated this a LONG time ago. Long before the game was even near to being complete. Yes, this is true on a strategic and operational level. However, CM is a tactical simulation. While a company can encircle an enemy platoon, the types of encirclements you refer to are beyond CM's scope.
