I forgot to mention, that's what the XP emulator shows for my video card while I am in Virtual PC. Unfortunately that means I couldn't run any nVidia XP driver upgrades.

I don't know. In my case, I think the video card just won't run the older Direct X version. So I think I am SOL.

Nope, it didn't. In fact I get further under Vista. At least I get it to where it loads screens on top of itself. Under virtual, I get the message box and that's it. I'm out of options I guess.

Actually it's not absurd. In fact, it's way to common. So many people have never bought a piece of software in their life. All they have is the internet and Kazaa or whatever. That's what is sad and absurd.

Glider, I rarely run in to whiners. In fact, I don't think I ever do. But I play only within my club so that may have a bunch to do with it. Where do you usually find your opponents, through the opponent finder here? Or on ladders perhaps?

I wouldn't stop it even if he DID complain. This is one of the most ridiculous accusations of "gamieness" I have ever heard of. How is it gamey? Is area fire not built in to the game engine? Is it some undocumented feature that someone is taking advantage of? No. The guy is just a whiner, plain and simple.

Three years of age is NOTHING for an MRE. The ones we were fed when OIF kicked off were well over five years old already.

Why use it without discussing it with your opponent? If they never press it, it isn't doing you any good.

Need to get some Blue in to this thread! Commisioned a 2Lt in May 85. Went to Nav school and then to my first operational unit flying KC-135s. Selected for Pilot training in 1989. KC-10 Pilot ever since with staff tours interspersed. I have a bi tover 4000 hours in the KC-10, about 700 of which is combat time flown since 9/11. Now stationed in San Antonio where I'm busy flying a desk and not deploying. About 20 months from retirement.

But unfortunately, unless I use Geocitties or pay for a new web server, the site is all it's ever going to be. Unfortunate as I have three to four AARs that simply needed a few tuns and graphics added. But I hate ad pop-ups so geocitties isn't really an option.

The nvidia site no longer supports the card. It tells me to go to Toshiba's site. ANyone happen to have a copy of the old driver?

I've had this problem with all versions of CM but CMAK is the worst. I have a Toshiba Satellite 2805. It's a Pentium III with a GeForce2 GO card from Nvidia. My problem is the fonts tend to go all black on me. Like trying to pick a scenario. The fonts go black so I'm trying to read black text over a dark background. I've updated every driver this thing has, even flashed the BIOS. Nothing works. Wonder if anyone has had this and knows of a solution.
