Quite off the subject(s) but does anyone know the shelf life of MRE's? Iv'e got 3 or 4 cases going on 3yrs old and am wondering if I should toss them or keep them around a while longer.

MSP2551, I'm having nearly the same problem as you with the GEForce..is the 30.82 still working for you? I tried it after reading this thread but am still having the same problem with CMBB..the game is almost unplayable unless unless I play it bare bones which isn't a lot of fun. Never had this problem with CMBO..ran like a greyhound even with all those hi-res mods..If you find a solution to this let me know and I'll do the same.

I'm confused about how to gain the benefits of cover from walls and hedgerows. Using infantry as an example, should they be in "open ground" as close behind the terrain as possible or actually IN the terrain as allowed by the game?

The site YANKEEDOG referred to also says that HE and SMOKE rounds were available for use with the PIAT. Anyone know if HE rounds were available for Zooks and Schreks? Could or should this be modeled in CM? A HE round for PIATS could be an interesting addition to infantry battles, no?

Ouch, CM have mercy! It was a rhetorical statement, not to be taken literally unless you are completely void of talent for abstract thinking...

Ask any Brit Air troopers who were at Arnhem how they felt when they ran out of PIAT rounds...That weapon was a must for that kind of fighting.

Having a big set of huevos didnt help that HQ much..they got fried last turn.

These guys didn't have gammon bombs...Just two HQ guys with small arms, grenades, and mucho huevos!
