Howdy fellas. I agree, I remember seeing a few screen shots awhile back, and they were beautiful. At least IMHO. Perhaps you guys(if it's not to much trouble)could post a couple of screen shots of some of those bad boys. I'd like my son to see how a model is supposed to be done.

Howdy wwiiolds, Im on a xp-2100+ with the same video card and same amount of memory, and same size hd. I'm using the 29.42 drivers with the NVmax tweaker, with all of the direct 3d settings on there highest setting. And it's running great on my system, even anti-aliasing is set on 4 sample + s type filter. Hope it helps you out, if you need a link let me know.

Howdy Dirtweasle, I use a GeForce 3 Ti200 with the GeForce tweak utility. I found that I couldnt get CMBO to look near as good without some sort of tweaking program. If you are interested, you can get it here GeForce tweak utility . I have everything on the Direct 3d tab set at the best possible graphics setting, and it runs and looks great. If you hold your cursor over each option, it gives a brief explanation that scrolls across the bottom of the screen. Oh yes, I remember my first game. I found the demo on c-net, I had never heard of it before. I think the first thing i did was sit there in awe, the second thing I did was to make my wife come and have a look. I can honestly say that's the most excited I've ever been over a game of any kind.I remeber I told her that this was the type of game I had waited years for. And I also, had my butt handed to me the first two or three times I played. After that I called all my wargaming buddies and had them download the demo.I suppose I'm about to drive my wife nuts waiting for CMBB, and by the look of things I wont be dissapointed.

Howdy all, heck I've never been in the military, but I was unaware that officers could pick and choose what they were put in command of. I was under the impression that you did the best you could with whatever your superiors decided to give you. So wouldn't it be considered gamey to pick your own forces to begin with? I'm not trying to start any arguments, just curious as to how everyone else feels about it.

I almost always play the AI, for about the same exact reasons Blanar listed. That and the fact that I'm not very good.

Holy cow, just ask the guy what he meant. If it's a German only league, who cares! And if he only likes to play with German people, that's his choice. Personally, I didnt find his choice of words offensive.
