  6. I guess you've installed DeanCo's gunmetal interface mod. There was an issue with one of the files that came with it, rendering the landmarks unreadable. Meanwhile there's a font fix available. Have a look at the 30002.bmp. If it shows gold or orange letters instead of black, then you need to install the fix. Marcus
  7. Sturmgruppe squads have one SMG per squad (like Motorized Infantry and Panzer Grenadiere) and two or three MP44. Therefore they do not fall under the SMG rule while Gebirgsjäger should. Their 10 men-squads have 7 SMG with them. Marcus
  8. If I read those CAL rules correctly, SMG troops are not generally forbidden, but limited to a reasonable amount (3 platoons, which is still too much. 3 squads would fit better). Marcus

  12. Here's a quick preview of the SdKfz 7/1 and 7/2 set: They are many things to be done, like gun-shield texture, top and rear of the vehicle.

  16. lcm1947, don't worry, this mod is just the result from a few hours work and is some kind of a first approach. There are many things to improve, like decals and camo schemes fitting the AA guns.   17. Here a little Mod dealing with the SdKfz 7 gun-tractor and the 7/1 and 7/2 flak vehicles. I've taken the CM originals, put some dirt on it and finally added Fernando's tracks from his HT set.   18. vs. Wolfpack: Completed with a total victory. Two Allied Hellcats fell victim to my deadly 75mm short barrel halftrack. The third Hellcat managed to rush through my defenses but was caught in an ambush set by a wounded Panzerschreck team. One German platoon sneaked through his flank and caused much trouble there. A Jeep MG was sent in to seal the leak in the defense, but drove right into the gunsights of my men and was toasted. A M3 halftrack and a M20 utility car tried the same, came under heavy fire, but managed to escape with crew losses. That M20 bogged down later and was abandoned, the same happened to another halftrack in the center of the map. The Allied platoons tried to gain positions but were shelled out of their buildings by concentrated 75mm HE fire and had to withdraw. After a last engineer platoon attack got caught in the open and was repelled, Allied forced surrendered immediately thereafter. vs. Arien: Quite early in the game: The center village is uncontested, but his forces managed to throw my platoon out of the woods with a full company. My forces were able to inflict some losses to his company with armored cars and artillery. vs. Boru: Not started yet. Nothing heard from him so far.

  20. PL, >REAR-END TEXTURE Are your using a mod-manager or batch files? In this case, there might be a problem with filenames or the nationality-attachments. If not, check the #3105 file with a paint-program. If it displayed correctly by your paint program, it will also be displayed that way by the game engine. >SKIRT-TEXTURE 1. Open Scipio's grating texture with a paint program. Make a selection of the pink fields only and copy them to the clipboard. 2. Open Fernando's skirt texture (#3106) with your preferred camo scheme and paste the pink field selection into it. Save it and copy the file to the BMP folder. That's it. Hope that helps. Marcus

  23. Panzer Leader, The rear of the Panzer IV is the 3105.bmp file. It was included in Fernando's initial release(the non-mod compliant one), so if you still need it I can send it to you. Marcus
