From CMFI preorder (20$ shipping) to CMGL preorder (27$) in 10 months period shipping jumps up to 35%. Man that's a lot. Maybe the very next CM module will be cheaper than shipping.

Shipping for CW was 20$. 27$ is a new shipping price. (more than 30%.... hmmmm)

I was in mortar team (82mm) in Yugoslavian army in 1983. I don't remember those MP44, maybe paratroopers had them, but I remember a lot of PAP, Kalašnjikov and some Crvena Zvezda (Red Star) pistols. As a tube man I owned scorpion rifle.

Same problem with preset packs and some audio plugins ( without copy protection - serial or Ilok ). I think this depends on buyer's decision ( gentleman agreement ). Sure, he can give pack or plugin somebody else for free. This is not cool and it's against the law, but this is story of today's music business. A new piece of equipment or a new piece of terrain is in BF hands not scenario designers.

In music, for example, when company came out with a new software synth, 3rd party developers or individuals start selling their own preset packs. Maybe you should try with this approach.

And another difference is price. It is the same for digital (only) d/l and by mail (DVD).Digital d/l has no additional S&H costs, but in my case DVD costs me additional 27$ for S&H = 5,4 redownloads. .....hmmmm
