Being an aussie I had a keen interest in the wav files for this. Last night I spent some time going through them listening to the aussie voices and I thought that they tended to be using the language of present day australia and not the lanuage of the 30-40's. Some of the exclamations I would have expected to be present either wasnt there or I missed. They did sound australian to me by the way. Many of the soldiers in the war came from rural Australia which has a totally different slant than city language, this is even present today. A fairly good job done I thought considering all things. I actually expected them to be more uncouth.

Michael , there should be two zips within the downloaded zip, one for each mod. One is called controlflags.zip, the 1004 and 1005 bmps you are after are in there. If its not working for some reason let me know.

Whilst I dont like those particular portraits, I prefer to see them as I recall with CMBO they helped identify the unit. The CMBB portrait to me was of no use other than looking great.

I thought a single thread for old mods which (for what ever reason you may feel fit) can be used in CMAK (Demo) ------------------ My grassy road mod from CMBB can just be copied over with no modification.

Thats bizarre! Ausgamers is where i got it from and it let me resume many times. You are far better off grabbing a demo of a decent ftp client rather than trying to use your browser to download such a large file. I use bulleproof FTP and it worked fine. Get the 30 day demo from www.bpftp.com. Its options can include detecting http URL's in your clipboard. PS Im on a modem and it took around 6 hours from Ausgamers. Answer should be yes (Dont have demo yet). Its still the same game as CMBO and CMBB even though its using lower quality recordings (22kHz) it should still be capable of 44kHz recordings. You just have to rename it to the one you want to replace. If the sound is distorted (which I doubt) in game then you would have to resample the CMBO sound file down to 22kHz before rename it.

I see the CMBB/BO bundle has been extended till 21st. So given that would probably mean some announcement after that date (22-25th)

I will have to keep an eye out for it next time. (if I can keep my head out of the bucket long enough to spot it) JonnyBlademan has a point, Kelly's Heroes used real Tigers didnt it? They would certainly be harder to find compared to a working PzIV? I remember one movie (name escapes me at the moment, had Gregory Peck in it I think) where they used T34's as Panthers.
