1. SPOILER(somewhat) _ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Just lost one yesterday; here's how it happened. I was doing Chance Encounter, and really wiping out the Germans (as the Americans). I've got control of 2/3 of the map and knocked out both StuG's with the loss of only 2 tanks (lost another to a Panzerschrek later), and advancing with 2 rifle squads, an HQ and an MG in the woods to the right (from the American side.) They encountered some infantry sounds, and so, feeling sure it was nothing, went to investigate with my HQ unit and another small unit (I think an MG.) It turned out to be 2 rifle squads and an HQ unit; they eliminated ALL my units in that force, and started a big offensive with alot more men. It turned out that what I'd whipped was half, not all the German force. That new force whiped out my other 2 tanks and eventually, almost all of the rest of me. I got soundly thrashed! Rrrrrrrrrr ! 3. That would be nice! I give a vote for it; nice thinking! The Major
 4. Another vote, as always, for the Panzer Maus.
 5. When you see an enemy unit and you get close enough to get info about it, you see not only the amount of men it has, but also how many are killed, wounded, or panicked. This does help to the extent that it tells you how strong the other units of that type will probably be. In real life, you would only be able to tell how many men are left in the unit, not how many it's lost. That's all; am I being too nit-picky? The Major

 7. I think it's time we created a post for any movies floating around out there. If nothing else, it'd show people who haven't already bought it how great CM is and what the possibilities are. So, even if you've posted your movie before, post it now. (I don't have any of my own to post yet, though .) Some requests for movies: 1) Infantry (with a tank/halftrack?) advancing through the fog against infantry in tall pines/woods in foxholes. 2) A mortar on a hill targeting an exposed position and demolishing it. 3) A tank explosion (that's always good) 4) Some snow movies 5) A halftrack in combat with some infantry 6) etc... 8. Thanks for the replys! I actually just barely won as the Germans. So, if I understand correctly, this is how it works. I get my FO, bring up his orders menu, and select "target." This should bring down a barrage on the selected place. Correct? The Major
 9. Okay... while waiting for CM (yes, I decided to get it; I emailed Madmatt and he explained the reason for the dead bodies) I'm contenting myself with the demo. While defending as the Germans, I had my 105mm Infantry Gun plastered by an artillery barrage. However, I don't know how to access this particular asset that the Americans have. My question: how do you call down an artillery barrage? The Major
 10. Here seems to be a good place to post a plea for a Maus. Anyone else interested?

Hold the shift key and press the fwd or back buttons on the replay panel, (this moves the replay forward in 1 or 2 second intervals). 3. Select the view you like. 4. Hit print screen and follow the instructions posted above. HTH DG

Great; thanks! I tried it and it works. However, one more question; is it possible to move frame by frame?
