Many topics here and there pointing to the fact that this particular vehicule is so modeled that it is impervious to more things than a regular AFV. They must have a strong Survivor trait or it's a case of DoSomefink. You'll find a huge support group here with people having shelled, gunned and more generally abused those Flak trucks to no avail. Maximus I'm sorry I hadn't been able to get back to you seeing as I'm am overburdening my ADSL with Uploads of that MOD to those unfortunate enough to be left in the need. Your snow track is GORGEOUS!! Fact is I downloaded the whole pack just for the track... Thanks for that addition Maximus. Mind you in 1280*1024 on a GeforceDDR you got some pink spots on the fringe of the tracks. There is NO such thing as a winter sub folder. At least from BOTH the zipped file I downloaded earlier at CM Outpost and from the one Old Dog eMailed me. That must be a leftover from a previous "Work in Progress" pack in the Readme file. As it is obvious in that following pix, the install is quite functional. Here is proof enough: Winterized & HiResed 76 and Jumbo plus friends... That was the main cause of enthousiasm for me over Steel Panthers (3D View and WeGo system notwithstanding). In SP you had to shell them with guns over 155 to do some earth moving and hope for a satisfiyng result. In CM as in Real Life you can kick some butts with a well timed and placed 81 barrage. You obviously already know what I think about that MOD but I'll have another go in the Forum. >> Buildings, Vehicules, Terrain, all of that are cool but you are not ALWAYS playing them so you don't have to cope with their lack of brilliance 100% of the time. And even though I'm a fierce user of Marco's, DD's, Magua's and others' MODs the interface and command screen is still there to bugger you. USE DeanCo's MODs!!! Better yet! Buy them and then use them!!. Most of us are already engaged in quite a number of games already. What makes us at least not better but more suitable to play with is that we are playing each others and don't give a rat ass about whether we're winning or not. We are mostly into style. So show some quickness of wit and go insult someone in the Pool till you're peskering enough to be offered a game. You will see tons of posts about why people play gamey or why some drop out of a game once they start loosing it. You'll NEVER have that in the Peng Challenge Thread.
