  1. Sink. And pretty good at it it was too. All the best Andreas
  2. The 105s were almost certainly open-topped, and I should think the 75s as well. Use Marders/Wespes. All the best Andreas
  3. Got it now... No idea what happened there. Stand by for a reply! All the best Andreas
  4. Sorry to butt in so rudely... Dandelion First of all congrats to the little one! Do you have anything on German formations during Crusader? If so, could you maybe email me? All the best Andreas
  5. Up to the Mark IV these appear to be decpetion names with no meaning. All the best Andreas
  6. Thanks John. While I am listed as the interviewer, it was really a team effort by the moderators based on an idea by Marcus, and I just forwarded the questions and maintained the contact with Harry. All the best Andreas
  7. Thanks a lot to both Philippe and Kingfish for sending me all the information and old scenarios! I was away during the weekend and just found them. Nice surprise. I'll put things online again in the course of the next couple of weeks. All the best Andreas
  8. The Axis History Forum has published an interview with Harry Yeide, author of a range of books on CMAK-related topics. http://www.axishistory.com/index.php?id=8339 for the interview. http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=125953 for the discussion thread. I thought I should publish this information here as well, since Harry is also a contributing member in this forum, so some people maybe interested. Thanks a lot to Harry for taking the time to answer the questions! All the best Andreas
  9. They are online now. Thanks again! Andreas
  10. Philippe Got it, and can use .rar. I'll put it up later. I'll make one big file and put it on CMMODs as well. All the best Andreas
  11. Hi Woops, sorry! I lost a computer and all my old emails shortly after you sent me those notes, but before I could reply. I am currently PBEM'ing it and will do a few changes based on that, and then we can finally have that game. Glad you remembered it and contacted me here. All the best Andreas
  12. T'is true: http://freenet-homepage.de/t34m43/index.html All the best Andreas
  13. I lost them when IWIWDK went to hell in a handbasket. Since I also lost my old computer at the end of last year, I am having a hard time to retrieve them. So if somebody who downloaded the whole pack could please send them to me, that would be much appreciated, since otherwise I will not be able to make them available again on the soon-to-come I still Wish it was Der Kessel (ISWIWDK). Thanks a lot in advance! All the best Andreas
  14. I think this question would make for a nice Economics 101 assignment. All the best Andreas
  15. There may still be an income stream associated with CMx1, so not wanting to let go of it is understandable. Most importantly though I agree that BFC can not afford to let somebody else go around call their product 'based on the Combat Mission engine', or sumfink. All the best Andreas
  16. That idea left the building in CMBB when regular pre-1944 Red Army was made to suffer longer command delays. All the best Andreas
  17. How much effect though was the subject matter / setting? Does your customer base routinely purchase games set in the WWII Mediterranean Theater in greater, less, or the same quantity as European Theatre? ETO over East Front? My understanding of the WWII Wargame niche is the best sellers are in the order you release the CMX1 series; ETO, East Front, Med. So the diminishing return had been expected and not a series of notable events. </font>
  18. Anyone who DL'd "Road to Abbeville" and either: a) Intends to play it PBEM and do his own defense setup Intends to play the AI letting it set up freely Needs to re-download. Junk2drive pointed out an error that will affect those games. If you intended to use the default defense setup, you can use teh original version. Sorry for the hassle! 19. Bugger... Thanks a lot, I had the feeling I had forgotten sumfink... I'll fix that tonight. All the best Andreas
  20. ...but I am still around, although I think it is fair to say that my best scenarios were designed a long time in the past. Still... Here is what would now be called a tactical vignette from France 1940. German forces have to break through a fortified position. http://www.the-proving-grounds.com/scenario_details_link.html?sku=1336 All the best Andreas
  21. Try to spell his name right, and then worship the man whose idea you are keeping alive. http://www.cmmc2.org/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=614 All the best Andreas
  22. I'd have bought both. But that would not keep the guys in business. I do not think the market is there. All the best Andreas
