(Mostly-lurker-oldtimer here) Sigh... All this excitement reminds me of the good old days wading through each installment of the Alpha AAR with childlike glee. Then there was the interminable wait for the beta demo (I'll never forget logging in to see the now infamous post that included the demo link The Weasel Rides At Midnight!). Finally, of course, the rush to order and then the agony of waiting for the finished product to arrive (cries of IT'S HERE!!! IT'S HERE!!! resounding off the virtual walls of the message board) Ahhh...and now those feelings are here again. Thanks, BTS-turned-BFC. Steve already answered this. No swastikas in any 'version' of the game. He stated that most folks support the exclusion of the symbol. Preacher

Hmmm...I have DLed the Future edition, changed the .exe to allocate 9MB EMS, and applied the patch (tppatch). Still getting the runtime error. Any ideas? Thanks, Preacher

Foobar, The series you're looking for is "Suicide Missions" - one of the episodes was on snipers. It'll come back around soon, I'm sure. rwcanuck, I'm a bit more apt to believe the printed material than I am the website of a film company Ghost, William Craig's book, "Enemy At The Gates," refers to the sniper as Major Koenig as do the 2 sniper historians on the History Channel program. Outside of Robbins' novel, I find no reference to a Thorvald. Preacher
