  1. Here is something that was newly added. Name that gun!
  2. No. Not yet. Volks have been in for a while. I think Ithikial had some in his AAR. Not all of the uniforms were in yet.
  3. Looks like we've finally gone off the rails completely.
  4. Sgt. , you have it 100% correct. Nothing should open a website.
  5. I was playing through one of the campaigns earlier today and a couple of these squads put a hurting on me before I finally got them under control.
  6. Now we can get some decent screenshots of these guys. Ladies and Gentleman. Volksstrum.
  7. I just used the email address for your forum registration and found your account. It isn't locked. Open a Help Desk ticket and we'll get you sorted out.
  8. Yeah. Open a Help Desk ticket and I can get your account unlocked.
  9. That is what Peng and I are currently playing via PBEM.
  10. I'm not sure. Maybe they were before I had Admin privledges. Bowie's birthday! Two reasons to celebrate.
  11. Historically, pre-order to final release was 4-6 weeks. Pre-orders for Rome opened in June and it was released in November. Painful for everyone.
  12. There will definitely be pre-orders. I am holding off on opening them until I am sure that the time between pre-orders and release is fairly short. Another experience (for you guys and us) like Rome to Victory is what I want to avoid. There is a piece of the module that is still missing. I'm not going to get into what it is but anyone paying very close attention may be able to figure it out by the lack of screenshots of it. I cant have a proper Gallery without them. When the pre-orders open there will be the traditional TO&E page.
  13. I count 114 but that is not an official number right now.
  14. It sounds like you don't have a program that recognizes RAR files. RAR files are like ZIP files. You need a program that can extract them. I use Bandizip. IT's free and works like a charm. But any program that extracts RAR files will do.
  15. Right now there are 24. Pretty big number. We're waiting for a couple of things to be added and there have been threats that once they are there might be another battle or 2. Also, sometimes scenarios get pulled at the last minute for one reason or the other. One of the reasons we don't like to get into that is that it isn't an accurate number until the game ships. It isn't impossible (although it is unlikely) that the module ships with 2 campaigns and not 5. Nothing is chiseled in stone until it is released. Rome to Victory ended up having more scenarios than the original pre-order details said . I think the pre-order announcement said 8 and I think it shipped with 15 (note to self....check to see if the website properly reflects what the module shipped with). That was one of the very few good things about the extraordinarily long time between pre-orders opening and final release. And also, there were a couple of "hey, guys. Is it too late to add another?"
  16. Looking at this map brings back the nightmares. Moltke Bridge.......Moltke Bridge..........Moltke Bridge...................
  17. One of the cooler things that Ben came up with for the module is a first. We expect to release 5 campaigns with the module. One "typical" Soviet campaign. One "typical" German campaign. The campaign that Ithikial is describing in his thread on this forum. The other 2 were born out of a massive battle. Ben had made a stand alone battle that was a monster. A Night at the Opera was it's title. A huge epic 2 hour battle. Then Ben had a pretty clever idea. Make it a 2 battle campaign. Not just make it a 2 battle campaign but make 2 of them so that it is playable from either the German or the Soviet side. Here's a taste of the map.
  18. Thanks. I just tried to recreate it in Fire and Rubble and it looks like it's fixed. I'd expect that next time there is a patch that the fix will be applied to all games.
  19. Here's another screenshot that isn't meant to be an Ansel Adams work of art. As I was playing a campaign battle I saw this and thought some of you may get a kick out of it. I imagine a fair amount of players are men of a certain age and feel this guys pain......Although,..he ain't feeling it anymore.
