StellarRat
It shows how the game relates to WW II field manuals. Interesting. The author doesn't care much for RT.

Hessian deserter
Thanks, Great article,Another Stellar review of of this cutting edge masterpiece. that is CMBN. He says the game is brutally difficult but rewarding. That should make us players who have invested the time to learn this game proud. Looking foward to reading those Army field manuals listed in the article....OOOOP's there goes the day...LOL
GreenAsJade
While CMBN is reportedly built from the ground up to be a real time strategy game, and while it allows players to “lasso and go,” it only truly shines when it is played in its proprietary ‘WeGo’ format Word... GreenAsJade
Thing is the article says that units wont obey orders if out of C2...not exatly true jaja Does it say that? I didn't see that. It does say this: The TacAI will rely on various forms of communication in order of ability, starting first with radio contact if available, then moving to verbal contact, and finally visual contact. Units outside of visual contact with their command will sluggishly respond to player’s orders, if at all. which is mostly true... stikkypixie
Does it say that? I didn't see that. It does say this: which is mostly true... GaJ How so? In my experience they execute all orders at the same speed regardless of C2.
Michael Emrys
How so? In my experience they execute all orders at the same speed regardless of C2. I haven't rigorously tested this (expecting me to rigorously test anything is near-laughable), my casual observations while playing concur with stikky's here.
