Knaust1
Why on hell no Brit unit can call mortar 81mm fire support in the Edge of Darkness scenario? Looks like a crazy bug! Saved file available to anyone
George MC
Not sure what you mean. I just opened up the scenario in 1.21 and the CO, 2IC, Mortar FOO and JTAC guy can all call in mortar fire. Only the snipers and the landy crews cannot.
flamingknives
While it's quite understandable that vehicle crews don't have the capacity to call in mortar strikes, the snipers ought to be able to.

Battlefront.com
Reminder... save games should be completed in the version they were started in. We make no guarantees that a save game file will behave correctly in a different version than the one it was started in. This seems to be an example of why we recommend this I will speak with Charles about re-instituting version checks and to prevent earlier saves loading in later versions. I don't remember why this was removed, but it looks like we should revisit that decision. Steve

Steve ah ok....I always save my games in the order phase...evidently in some cases this will not work
Battlefront.com
ah ok....I always save my games in the order phase...evidently in some cases this will not work Correct. Some data structures are set up after the game starts. These data structures may change over time, so a save game from an earlier version may not have data stored in the way the game expects.
