Battlefront.com Posted January 4, 2006 Share Posted January 4, 2006 Gpig's rendition of the Block Tank is actually superior to the one in the game right now The reason is that the textures are the Stryker ICV blasted onto the surfaces however they happened to have landed. Prototype code structures are meant to be functional, not pretty. Which is why we have nothing more to show at this point. We don't use motion capture software. That is hugely expensive. Instead we use Character Studio for our animations. And if we had new textures to show then we'd have screenshots to show too Dan has been working on animations and not new models/textures.
