Kwazydog
Killmore, which weapon is it and have you installed any mods? If you restart your computer and load the save, does it still look the same? Dan
Panzer Leader
HEy killmore, I noticed the "rr" in the adress. I have roadrunner and was wondering if you could give me some tips on using the free web-space I'm alloted (such as how to upload) If you can help me, my email is in the profile. Thanx! Oh, I don't know about the bug, does that white line indicate "Follow vehicle"?

Panzer Leader
Nope! Thats a weapon the guy is holding. Oh, in that case, it must be the "Cone of COld" the wermacht were researching. I guess they must have come up with a prototype then! I'l email you, thanks!
Michael Dorosh
You saved a bmp in one of the weapons slots with the wrong dimensions - the white is the default that shows up when you have a bmp installed incorrectly.

Warlord69
Its not a bug, thats just a sign that you need a better computer or vidcard if you want to load that many hi-res bmps, and go back and forth to your desktop.
Michael Dorosh
It works fine on my computer. As I indicated, it is a problem in which your computer is not properly displaying the bmp. Video card has been suggested; perhaps a corrupt or missing file also?
killmore
GeForce 3 Ti 200. What do you see guys? Do you see a weapon? I see a normal weapon on infantry
JonS
I get the same thing from time to time. It usually seems to only affect one or two bmps, but it affects them wherever they show up on the map. Other times I've had all-white tanks, etc. I assume its just a lack of vram. Quit out of CMBB, close down as many other programs as you conviently can, then restart CMBB. Problem should be gone. For a less extreme approach, try alt-tabbing to your desktop, then re-acticvating CMBB. I find that sometimes clears it too. Regards JonS
TSword
Killmore, That's not a bug it's just a sad and desperate silicon soldier trying to wave a white flag, because there isn't any he has to improvise (i bet he has thrown the weapon away in an instant the commander was looking somewhere else..) , poor computer fellas..no one has mery with them... Dirtweasle
I've had the white sign thing show up too. I just assumed it was a corrupt bmp and when I got around to it I'd extract / reinstall the bmp folder. I saw it and thought it was funny, I thought "What they heck is that guy doing with a sign out there?"
ParaBellum
When Pvt. Myschkin was told to write a sign telling the encircled Germans to surrender, he obviously made a small mistake. Ooooops....
