I've had a look at late 1944 Luftwaffe personnel in the scenario builder and can't find any errors with the bitmaps. Did you install a uniform mod recently, because it appears a 'sleeve/hand' bitmap has overwritten the correct 'trousers/boots' bitmap? Installed Andrew's DAK uniform mod a few days back, and I was thinking that might be the cause, but wasn't sure. Now to find the offending .bmp file... Addendum: And here it is: 9291.bmp. Oh, Andrew! The 9291.bmp [arm] is only in the faded set..
