kohlenklau
I checked but it is not possible. If they went way over there, then neither can assault.

mjkerner
Yes and yes, Phil. Then stagger the Jadgs, all the units that enter/start in the NE corner, and Guyver in his Flaming HT, to come on in 15 minutes.
mjkerner
Man, I have to say, this new forum sometimes sux. I could not get rid of the quote box after I somehow hit some key on my board.
mjkerner
Oh, the arty is available from the start, I assume...kinda looks like it becomes available @ 30 minutes from the above post.
Fizou
From the last battle, I figure he has a company of motorized/mech infantry, somewhat shot-up--maybe at 80% effective or so, some engineers or specialized troops that were carrier mounted (but which got shot-up badly going after the AT gun by the bridge on my left), and 7-8 Shermans. Is that about how you see it, Carl?Yes! The Jagd's keep the Sherman's at bay, and can then, together with long range AA shot up any enemy inf positions. Looking forward to seeing this unfold.
kohlenklau
Those AA guns are also useful for shooting at enemy planes. Hint Hint!

kohlenklau
Feldwebel Guyver will appear as a leader unit to raise the morale of the students in the FJ Pionier Schule Kompanie.Don't let him get killed or their morale will go to crap the next battle!
mjkerner
Excellent. I like these little bonuses you come up with.
General Jack Ripper
This is shaping up to be a very interesting fight. I was cheering the Allied side last time, I think I'll pull for the Axis this time.GO TEAM GO!! OOH-RAH!!
mjkerner
SLIM, you fair-weather fan, you! Welcome to the Dark Side.Phil, I'd like to delay the Jadgs and Guyver for 20 minutes. I'm concerned they will be spotted immediately from the town's church tower as soon as they enter. Unless they appear behind the woods north of town, but even then, they're far enough away that spotters in the tower will probably see them.
kohlenklau
Turn is headed at you Mark for your attack set up. Some units, just a few squads, cannot be set up...sorry.
mjkerner
"Some units, just a few squads, cannot be set up...sorry." ? a glitch, or units not available per delayed entry? Edited October 13, 2015 by mjkerner
mjkerner
I had a chance to check it out, Phil. There are a number of units and fortifications lying outside of the set-up zone in a sort of random manner, and so I can't move them around. Is that what you meant?
kohlenklau
Yes, just a few. Ok?
mjkerner
I'll make it work, but I forgot to mention that there are no AT guns, just the crews and the HTs. Is that intended?
kohlenklau
Try to disembark...
mjkerner
I'll try again...I had already done that, though! On one HT/gun. The crew came out, but there was no gun towed and one didn't't appear when the crew dismounted. Some kind of bug, maybe?

mjkerner
Hi Phil, all is well. Thanks! File 003 sent to the DB for Chappy. I will be putting together a DAR and maybe vids as the battle progresses. Can't get to that for a day or two though.
kohlenklau
Here we go! The final battle for this CMPzC Operation "The Road to Eindhoven" has just kicked off. It is Turn 4 (T4).The battle is called "T4 Ball Buster" and will be 2 hours long (local time 1200-1400).It is played out on a huge a$$ map (3984m x 2704m) that encompasses Valkenswaard and many areas we have already seen contested as well as some new areas.FYI. There will be multiple players on the allied side. IanL and Kuderian. But I think just mjkerner is the footsoldier on the axis side. Not sure!I hope we will see some AAR action from the axis side.
